United States | 28 April 2017This is the worst company I have ever interacted with, first they installed the system incorrectly the truck wouldn't even start to let us leave the shop and all the guy did was twist some wires around. 4 days later we had to have someone else completely rewire it because it kept telling me to turn off the vehicle and said I violated and showed negative days, but when I took it in it showed I did nothing wrong. The first place was supposed to refund us our installation fee since I had to pay someone else to reinstall it and never did. Only a month later I have had to take off work four times to have it reset because it keeps going negative and now they want to charge me 100's to have it taken out! Save your money and go with smartstart this company is a complete joke!

United States | 27 April 2017These guys John and Matt at Guardian Interlock are the best. Always there to help out and guide you to the right answers. The mobile service is such a great idea and the experiences I've had with it are phenomenal. I had to have a machine swap to another vehicle. Originally was going to happen at my house however the registry took a lot more time than I expected. So I cancelled service to my house, talk to John and he drove all the way to the Braintree registry from Somerville in traffic to be there for me for my machine swap. If it wasn't for the mobile service the swap would never had happened for me. They are the best !!! Thank you so much Matt and John.
