United States | 26 November 2015I brought my car into shop Thurday at 2:30pm..had to pay $50.00 up front "to lock in the appointment"...a week later I still haven't received my car back..oh yes, had to pay the full monthly fee the day I brought the car in. Personnel at shop useless and do not answer questions about device. I'm sorry I ever agreed to this..I am alerting the Florida Attorney General about this shop. Unprofessional and rude people at VIP

United States | 20 November 2015Went to this location as they were the only available shop within a months time. The two guys behind the counter, Nate and Justin, just seemed like they hated life and mumbled the whole time while talking to me. I had questions about which foods were safe to eat and how many fails I was allowed and what happens if someone else is driving my car and they couldn't or wouldn't answer any of those questions! Another customer in the waiting room heard me asking and was able to give me all those answers. Very poor customer service.
