The person who helped me Melissa Aldas, was so nice and made my call so easy for me from beginning to end. It is a little stressful going through all the steps in this difficult situation I have found myself in. Melissa was so helpful and nice to me from the moment I spoke with her. She made everything so easy and told me everything I needed to know. She also answered a question I had and was so quick to email me right away. Thank you Again !

This feature is very dangerous and could lead to serious accidents. I have to take back roads to get around because traveling on the highway is too dangerous.

And by "deal" I mean that I was looking for a combination of customer service, speed of install, equipment warranty/reliability, and of course...cost. Guardian was the 4th provider I contacted, and the search stopped there. Melissa at Guardian was so helpful, courteous, and did so with a very pleasant, upbeat demeanor that I found refreshing. I actually called 3 other services first because of how they were listed on Google, but I'm happy that I didn't go with the first few. I'm very pleased with my decision to use Guardian, and will recommend anyone else the same.

Australia | 28 February 2017The Guardian Alcohol Interlock device was installed on my Honda GB250cc motorbike for 6 months in 2016-2017. Every 3-4 weeks, my vehicle's battery would die because the Interlock saps a small charge from the battery even when idle, turned off, detached from the interlock, i.e. always. At the end of the 6 months, I had spent about $450 on new batteries, charging and labour costs and had been really frustrated with not having a vehicle for most of that 6 months due to the battery dying. I would call Guardian every 3-4 weeks when this would happen, and they would swear to me that it couldn't possibly be the interlock as the interlock has, and i quote, 'never caused any issues ever in its entire history'. I found this assertion particularly hilarious after looking at customer reviews (like this one) online concerning their product. I took the bike to a Honda service centre and they tested the bike and found that the Interlock in fact did take out a small but constant charge from the battery which would most certainly be causing the battery to die. All in all, if you have a motorbike or a small engine car and are in the process of looking for an Interlock provider, I would certainly recommend steering clear of Guardian. Save yourself a giant headache and look elsewhere. Ahh it feels good to vent.. As per Guardian's reply below, I've spent almost $2000 on your device with installs, calibrations, etc. over the las 6 months, and you're questioning whether or not I am even a customer of yours? I am already in email correspondence with you guys. Keep up, buddy.
