If you take the time to call in, please be prepared to take half day off work sometimes you may need two days off by the time a response is received been in a lock out for 3 days since I was out of town and missed the appointment called 4 days before leaving with no answer. But they will definitely charge me for missing the appointment. Nothing can be done online, and the Guardian Chat Service never responds or works. If you're trying to make life easy and get back on the road this is not the company for you!

Tawana went above and beyond with helping me by answering all of my questions and concerns regarding payments, fees, installation etc.. I’m new to this situation and requirement of the state but Tawana (with ease) set up my account and booked installation on two separate vehicles on the date that worked best for me. She was a pleasure to have been helped by and I hope my experience with this company continues to be seamless as well. Thanks Tawna!

United States | 04 October 2023Guardian failed to correctly report my compliance to the state and six years later I my license is being suspended by the state for non-compliance. However I had an IID for 6 months, paid Guardian every month, provided the contact information for the state. Now I have spend 2 days on hold, no one will answer or help me get records. Guardian has failed in their duty to report this info correctly to the state.

Within a few weeks after that Ezra contacted me to follow up. Both Ezra and Scarlett went above and beyond to resolve and amend my complaint. I will be not be switching to another company. The Interlock Company in Omaha technician Chris is absolutely amazing and provides superior customer service. This review pertains to Guardian Interlocks call in customer service and lockout policy... 2 hour phone wait time on a Sunday to get a lockout code because my car battery went dead and the devices data was full. Representative said to call back this morning for a code because the code would only allow me enough time to drive to get to the place it gets calibrated. Had to arrange to get my son a ride to school, am late to a clients all because my car battery went dead. Takes hour of wait time to get through to customer service. I'm switching to Draeger tomorrow. Most terrible experience with this device and this company.

Made to feel like lower than life for having to get one installed by staff and guardian rep not very clear on set up appointment. As soon as installed had to go right back to have recalibrated.

IVE DONE EVERYTHING GUARDIAN HAS ASKED AMD NOW I CANT GET MY INTERLOCK REMOVED I TOOK THE ENTIRE DAY OFF OF WORK TO DO THIS AND THERE IS NO ONE WHO CAN HELP ME, I CALLED THE GUARDIAN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR ALMOST AN HOUR THIS IS A CRAPY OPERATION AND WAY TO DO BUSINESS.

I called for a week left voicemails got only three call backs out of the five calls. My last call back was Alberto and finally after a week he was the only one to actually do his job! I got an appointment set up he had Selena call me I got my code and FINALLY got my car unlocked. So I like to thank them they’re employees who actually took the time to listen and help resolve my problem. They should both get a raise customer service people are getting lazier as time goes on just tries to pass their job onto someone else. Not them. They listened took the time to do what they needed to do to make sure I got my car unlocked literally got me taken care of faster than when I was on hold.

United States | 12 April 2022Missed days of work from a lockout that was machine error and staff didn't care to help unless I paid them out of hours. My mechanic locked it up by not attending the retest and I had to pay to get it unlocked then pay every time to get a service code to allow the mechanic to service my car. Staff don't care for anything but your money I can see a class action building here.
