United States | 08 January 2016After attempting to setup an appointment with another company that was previously recommended and experiencing very poor customer service, extensive wait times on the phone and 3 rescheduling appointments, I decided to look into alternatives. The representative at Guardian immediately answered the phone and was very helpful and friendly. She even called me back to get my credit card payment when I didn't have it during our initial conversation. Her sincerity and professional customer service leads me to believe I will be treated like a valued customer of Guardian and not a "criminal" needing to comply with court ordered monitoring. I really appreciate this level of service and how it is making what would be a difficult time, very comforting and easy to process.

She gave me all the information I could ask for, and explained in very plain language to ensure I understood. This is a very trying time in my life, but talking with my representative has boosted my confidence level. The reason I had to call I would not wish on anyone, however the information and conversation are the high point in my day.

United States | 31 December 2015I had scheduled with Lucia what I thought was an appointment for a new installation for Dec.31 at 1:30 pm in your Waldorf, Maryland location. I called back later in the day to make my deposit, only to find out that Lucia had never actually scheduled the appointment & that the Waldorf location was actually closed due to New Year's Eve. Heather was extremely patient, helpful, and understanding & got me Correctly scheduled for an installation and also thoroughly explained the process & all paperwork I would need to bring for the installation. She was super friendly & helpful throughout the entire process & is a huge asset to your company.

United States | 19 December 2015No one wants to do this as it is part of a punishment for a DUI. They were pleasant and did not treat you like a criminal. They way the device operates, which is mandated by the state, is way too dangerous to perform. If someone had a product they wanted installed on vehicles to be used for a different purpose the government would never approve it. It is as dangerous as texting and makes me feel as if I'm a hazard on the road. I deserve the punishment outcome they are trying to achieve, but the timing, technique sensitivity and logistics of this system makes me more of a danger on the road than what I was arrested for that night. Actually sorry to say as I believe in the punishment I am receiving.

United States | 26 November 2015Sandra was an amazing guardian representative who was there for me when I was going through so much trouble with my device. My car wad deemed a total loss after a driver crashed into my parked car earlier this month. I had to swap the device into a new car which was such a headache but Sandra was there to assist me when I needed her. She is so kind hearted and such did such a great job!!! Kudos to sandra!!! :)
