I thought my receptionist was very helpful and really nice . She answered any question I had . And was able to get me to a shop to install the interlock system in my truck the same day thanks Felicia

I must admit that the customer service representatives are very pleasant before you are an actual customer. I can say that a handful of the representative for example "Melissa Aldas" are very professional. However, once I became an actual customer and I begin to receive the poorest service. The first day of the interlock install, I spoke with a representative by the name of Christina who by the way was very rude. My initial reason for the call was to confirm the pricing for the install. I was quoted $175.00 over the phone and the paper work at the shop showed $200.50. Christina spoke over me the entire time on the call with her, not trying to hear the reason of my call, as a end result I resolved the issue on my own by presenting an email for the install of $175.00. Christina instructed me to pay $200.50, which was incorrect. The $250.50 was for bi-monthly payment if I was to call in by September 2016. The second time I called, I was transferred to Sarah, who was extremely rude as well. The reason for this call was due to the vehicle failing to start after the install, evening though I passed the test on each attempt. I was trying to explain to Sarah that there seem to be a malfunction between the install, the machine, or the way they install was completed. I expressed to her that the device is not working properly in my vehicle but instead Sarah begin to talk over me stating that there is nothing wrong with her machine because she test them herself before sending them out. The point that Sarah fails to realize it that if she is not personally delivering the machines to the locations herself, then she wouldn't know if something occurred during the time the machine was being delivered. Not at all did Sarah apologize for theinconvenience, try to take ownership of the situation, or even offer to see what she can do to make me a satisfied customer. I asked if I can speak with another individual, Sarah failed to transfer the call, in a laughing manner, stating "I don't see how I'm being unprofessional nor rude." So as an irate customer, I informed her that I would try calling back at another time and disconnected the call. I then spoke with Christiana again after contacting The Secretary of State for an uninstall of the interlock device who states I owe $150.00 for a early termination. It was not my intentions to terminate the service, but due to the rudeness of the representatives and the failing of the vehicle to start due to the install, I was left with no other chose. No one offered to even replace the device or even try to get me to go elsewhere to have the device installed. The lease the representatives could have done was listen to my problem, apologized for the issues at hand, tried to solve by at least offering to get another device out in the mail or requested to speak with a tech to insure that the wiring was completed correctly. But instead they were rude and over talked me the entire time, after I was a paying customer. This behavior should not be allowed by any personnel who is representing a company, it is very unethical and very unprofessional. The interlock install experience extremely awful.

My experience with Guardian was quick, easy, and their staff was very friendly. If you need to have an interlock installed, you may be stressed and going through some trying times. Dealing with Guardian was a breath of fresh air and I really appreciate their friendly customer service. I highly recommend Guardian.

I advised the folks at Intoxalock that I was on Social Security disability and there was no mention of indigent status financing help? When I called another company they were right up front with the means to apply for help! They also withheld the total amount to be paid until I started asking more questions. I decided to NOT go with your company because of the incomplete advisement of assistance!

I would absolutely recommend this company because of the employee that assisted me with signing up for their services. She was very polite patient and explained everything to me in detail. I would like to thank her for making me feel so comfortable during my stressful time. The employees name was Tawanda and I would like her to be recognized for the amazing job she did.

Was planning on going on a trip this weekend with my new car, but for some reason I wasn't eligible for the IID immediately. I had to wait until the Monday after will get back from my trip. Over all i think the service and price is good. I would have liked some kind of information as to why I was not eligible though
