United States | 17 July 2016Anyone that posted positive reviews on the Guardian Interlock device must be capitalizing on this lousy POS product. It is the worst piece of crp that I ever dealt with due to its buggy feature set, series of malfunctions, and traps to suck money from your wallet like a vacuum. Read the real reviews from other websites which are real testimonials from other victims to seek the truth. This company need to be shutdown thru a class action litigation. Sincerely, RDeLara

United States | 15 July 2016I just had an amazing experience with Melissa in customer service at Guardian Interlock. She informed me of each and every charge that I was to expect so that I have no surprises when I go for my initial installation and was able to advise me as well about how to go about my future monitor appointments. Melissa spent literally an hour with me, answering all my questions - and I had a lot! - even telling me about things I didn't think to ask. When she needed to put me on hold, she checked in with me to let me know she was still there and just needed a few more minutes. She made sure to communicate what we discussed (pricing) with the service company doing the installation, took detailed notes and then followed up with a confirmation email to me. Melissa was professional yet treated me with great care and consideration. Thank you Melissa for making this very unpleasant, scary and financially draining situation as best as could possibly be!!!

United States | 30 June 2016There basically thieves on the road, charge you 75 a month plus a 70 dollar install fee. The the system with shut down on you 2 or more times a month you'll have to find a ride to the repair shop to get the blower reset and they'll charge you 40 bucks to do it. I called the supervisior of the company in Ohio Cincinnati area and she was so rude and told us that she wasn't gonna discount anything or give a free reset of the blower said that if we're not happy to end the service basically saying that either deal with there horrible service and product or take the ability to drive away from yourself. Then I talked the state director her name was Teresa she basically told us there was nothing she could do and it's the system so apparently the director of the company has no power, if you can believe that. There extortionist there thieves and the company should be sued for it. There a company made to profit off of people going through a hard time. Never go to this company!!!!

This is a terrible situation for me and he was very patient with my questions and even emailed me a form my state DMV did not provide. My contact now is Danielle and she was really patient with all of my questions as well. My only negative is that installation took 6 hours! Apparently, the interlock facility was not given instructions for 2016 cars. So frustrating for me and the facility.

United States | 11 June 2016I spoke with a Caroline thinking I was speaking with a representative from lifesafer. I never once mentioned I was looking for a guardian product. She went along the the conversation posing as lifesafer rep and even encourage using a lifesafer coupon. Guardian was not brought to my attention until I was at the installer. Since it was a Saturday I was not able to rectify the situation due to offices being closed. I was forced to put the guardian system in my vehicle. I have had the situation rectified at my expense having the non user friendly guardian system removed from my vehicle. I believe guardian is an advocate for deceptive and misleading practices.
