The tech said it wasn't going to be a problem. That he had installed on many hybrids. One hour into the installation he said it wasn't compatible. Very frustrating. I can't carry out my responsibility and get my license back due to having a good car.

United States | 01 September 2016After taking over 5 hrs for installation, when I was told max of 2 hrs, the guy working there told me opposite information from the DMV. Training and proper informing is needed. Had me watch the video on how to operate in a very loud, crowded lobby and video gave inaccurate info on how device works.

United States | 01 September 2016Melissa was a great rep and went above and beyond to help me and was prompt at calling me back when I needed time to figure things out, I was going trough a lot and at the time she was able to take most of that stress off of me and make this as easy and simple as possible for me I enjoyed how help full and how great she did at answering all my questions and how nice she was when I may have been irritated not at her of course but from the company I had to deal with for an interlock place before her, I honestly went with guardian out of all place just because my customer service was amazing even for the fact I was able to find cheaper rates, I didn't care because I knew that with guardian I would be taken care of just with how well Melissa did her job. I work in customer service and I answer phone for a living and to tell you the truth if I could be a rep. like Melissa I would be an outstanding one. Seriously this woman is incredible at her job and not only does it show she takes pride in her work but also you can tell she really cares about her customers and their experiences. Best customer service I think I have ever experienced and Melissa is a great asset to your company and I hope that you guys can see how wonderful she really is and that you absolutely have and amazing employee!!!

United States | 30 August 2016After writing a horrible review concerning the service that I received on the installation of an interlock device, I was immediately contacted by the Area Manager, who apologized for the poor service indicating that the shop I had been to was in need of further training. He authorized a refund for the full amount that I had paid and I received the check within a few days. Obviously, Guardian has great people working for them; so the lack of understanding the equipment lies solely with the contracted technician.
