I recently carried out a plumbing job at Storage Giant on Newprt Rd, Cardiff. Lucy was my point of contact and from minute one, she came across as very professional and was a credit to your company. I have worked for many a commercial company and never before have I felt such a warmth of gratitude for something which as I perceive as "just a plumbing job". If this is the way Lucy treats a tradesman coming to do a mundane job, I can only imagine the exceptional service she offers to her customers. I have been using a storage unit at Storage Giant in Cardiff for the last 6 years. Everything stored there is as good as new, so the facility must be very clean and the humidity just right. Rhys and Andrew have been particularly helpful, but every person I have spoken to at Storage Giant has always gone out of their way to help me, so I am very grateful.

Great company never really had any issues since using the Kingswinford branch always clean and tidy Adam and Alice have been great front out reception service and beyond. Always run a great service and being more in the office due to where my storage unit is allocated it's always friendly clean and tidy. Give these people a raise.

If you'd like hassle-free storage at a great price then this is the place for you. Michelle (the nice lady behind the reception desk) is very personable and especially diligent at her job. Highly recommended.
