I called in to the Swansea store on Sat 25th aug to enquire about a unit, I was greeted by Mark , who was most helpful and friendly, he answered all my queries and nothing was too much trouble for him. Many thanks I will certainly be recommending Storage giant !

I have been using Storage Giant in Llanelli for some months now & needed to move my belongings to a smaller unit. Under difficult personal circumstances, Alex the manager & his staff have been very supportive, accommodating & have gone out of their way to help make the transition a smooth, painless & easy one. Staff are always professional on the phone, understanding & listen to your every needs. At the time of my unit move I dealt with Marc D who found me the most suitable storage space at a very competitive rate. Marc also helped me transfer some of my larger items that I couldn't move alone. Nothing has been too much trouble for which I am so greatful at what could have been a stressful time. Thanks Marc. And thank you Alex & team for your support & professionalism over the past few months.

I have just rented a storage unit with the Cannock branch of Your Self Store. It is a painless and easy process, which was made even easier with the help of Claire and Becci. Excellent.

Today (14th May 2018) I have been dealing with Ross requiring a small storage unit for my daughters Uni stuff as did not want to bring it all home. Cannock Storage - big thanks to Claire George. I had a slight discrepancy on an invoice, I emailed Cannock Storage to query and I had a response and the issue resolved within 45 minutes. I couldn't ask for more - fantastic Customer Service.

We are about to move house, down-sizing to a smaller house so I needed to put my memorabilia collection in to storage. We called into Cwmbran branch and met their representative Ally Owen. She gave us a guided tour around the facility explaining how their system worked. We decided to go ahead with renting a unit and today I started moving my collection to the unit. Very impressed so far. A special thank you to Ally for making the whole process very easy and enjoyable.

Called into my local Storage Giant on a Saturday morning looking to pay for a unit on a rolling contract. Was shown the different size units and chose the one most suitable for me, for some bizarre reason the salesperson didn’t seem to want to sign me up and take my money? Took a £25 deposit and told me to come back on Monday?? I was too busy with work the following week to call back to do the paperwork and pay the rest, just phoned them now to see if I can call tomorrow and apparently my deposit seems to have ‘dropped off the system’ so if I can’t find my receipt the lady won’t be able to apply it to my agreement??? ..............best take my business elsewhere I think!!!

After renting a smaller unit for several months I decided to move to a larger unit. So far, so good. However, after around 11 months I returned to remove my items only to find the unit had been water damaged due to a leaking pipe and they were damaged - not to worry, I thought, as I'd paid for additional insurance to cover up to the value of £5,000. The insurance company offered me significantly less than my brand new items were worth and in one instance offered the costs to clean my brand new furniture instead of replacing it! Even though Storage Giant accepted liability, they refused to refund the costs I'd paid for the unit because I was making a claim against the contents. In my eyes, Storage Giant certainly didn't live up to my expectations. I could've left my items in my garden for 11 months and found them in better condition - and I'd have saved over £1,000 on storage costs! I'd avoid like the plague and seriously consider any other storage company before resorting to these. I'm currently seeking legal action for reimbursement of my costs.

Have used this storage company for 6 months. The storage is clean and in good condition with easy access. The staff seem helpful and everything seems very secure. Are they the cheapest? Probably not but looking at some of the cheaper options made me worry my goods wouldn't be safe.
