Very easy process, lock ups are clean and well organised, staff are great,. Alex explained everything to us and helped us decide what we needed he was great. We had a good price deal and are so pleased we went to storage giant .

My online enquiry was followed up very promptly and I viewed the facility on South Road, Bridgend the next day. Courtney was very efficient, clearly explained the contract and showed me how the building security works. The building is dry and clean.

Booked a unit on Saturday. The various options and price plans, including current discounts, were explained clearly by Helen. I was shown the unit, and she explained the lifts, entry system and use of a barrel lock (never seen one before !), parking, opening times etc. The corridors and units were clean and dust free and the site seems secure and safe. Service was friendly, helpful and informative. A good experience.
