We had a nice last meeting with Zip , before we give back our storage,we had it for 3 year's I guess and I know that our stuff was safe all this time,thanks to amazing team.

Andrew and the team have been brilliant throughout our experience, from initial contact, where we were able to speak directly and seek advice and then showing us the various size units. This was invaluable and why we chose this option. Registration is a reasonably complicated process, but we we’re guided through it in a calm and reassuring way to ensure we had the correct insurance cover, etcetera, so we got exactly what we needed without any pressure selling. We have had a great experience each time we visited the site and this has helped us make the decision to extend our storage past the holday period which fits in with our plans. Again this process was guided and seemless and met our needs. The team are very customer focussed and we would have no worries with recommending them to others. Thanks for the hlp during a stressful period for us.
