Have a Campervan stored at Swansea branch, a storage unit in Llanelli, my partner also has a unit in Llanelli, all are super clean and security is first class with cameras everywhere, the staff I’ve dealt with are brilliant, from Alex and the 2 Marks in Swansea and Dave in Llanelli, all have been most helpful, nothing is too much trouble, one couldn’t ask for better, having used other storage units, Storage Giant and their staff put everyone else to shame.

Forget the rest and use the best: Europe Home Security has been using Storage Giant for over 5 years. During which time we have found the team to be helpful and honest. We took on extra Storage recently, following help from Ally Owen and Nick, who were super accommodating and got me a great deal. Highly recommended....

Fantastic customer service from this company. We have had various units at the Cwmbran branch over the last 2 years, and the staff are always incredibly helpful, processing paperwork really quickly, advising on best solutions etc. The premises are spotlessly clean and well equipped, with excellent security and access. Recently we needed some copy invoices from 2017, for our accountant. Even though we moved our stuff out 3 months ago, they could not have been more helpful - Paige had e mailed them within minutes of the enquiry! Brilliant customer service is hard to find, but this branch definitely delivers it!

We hired 2 units while we relocated to Newport from London. Great facility - reasonably priced, secure, well lit and clean. Customer service was excellent, with particular credit to Craig, Ally and Paige for guiding us through the process of setting up our units and contract end. We were kept informed of important information, such as opening times on public holidays. We would highly recommend Storage Giant Newport and thank the whole team for making our move so stress free.

We have dealt mainly with Craig and Ally who are very friendly and helpful, storage area always clean and tidy. Prices very competitive & we have used storage for several years now. Only critism that no customer toilet available which needs to be addressed especially when you're spending a few hours there.

At Newport,Craig,Nick, Ally and Paige are very professional,friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and tidy. The reason i have given 4 stars and the only criticism i would have, is there are no toilets for customers, which should be addressed.

As a company we have used 3x of Storage Giant units for many years, in Newport, Cardiff and Swansea. In my experience Storage Giant have always been extremely helpful and friendly in all of the depots we use.
