The staff are very friendly and welcoming. When we made an inquiry about a moving to a smaller storage space they were happy to help and made sure we had the best deals available. I would like to give a big thank you, in particular to Andrew a staff member who I feel went above and beyond. He gave amazing customer service and made me feel very welcome and was just a great energy in the office.

So far so good! Claire went through everything with us, making the process straightforward. She was very attentive and knowledgeable about the process and how Storage Giant could meet our needs. Good price and meets our requirements!

I've had a fantastic experience so far with storage giant. I sold my house a couple of months ago, and I was looking for a safe space to keep my things until I found a property. I found storage giant in Cardiff, along Newport Road. Whilst arranging a unit, I spoke to somebody called Andrew who was amazing. He made the process so easy, at a time where I was so stressed with completing on the sale of my house. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, and i cannot thank him enough! Once securing a unit, I headed there on the day of my house move with a removal van, and the staff on site were amazing. They talked me through how everything worked. There was no hidden costs, and I was reassured by the level of security at the unit itself! A couple of months have now passed and my initial contract with Storage Giant is nearing the end. I have, again, been in contact with Andrew who had incredibly helpful with my initial rental of the unit. He, yet again, has helped me with a fantastic deal, and has made the process so easy for me. I really cannot recommend enough Storage Giant Cardiff and their team!
