Laura at the Storage Giant Cwmbran is always pleasant, friendly and professional, despite my constant queries and need for help. She has gone out of her way on a number of occasions i.e. lost keys, best deal for me, right size storage etc., The customer service is excellent and I must also say a special thanks to Will, who has also had to contend with my various questions and need for assistance and advice. Everything has been explained fully, which has been really reassuring, especially as I am new to this. The units and premises are spotlessly clean and access is easy. Top marks to both of them. There are no reservations in recommending them to others.

So easy to find, in a very convenient location. The premises are smart and clean. Booking for a storage unit could not be simpler. No nasty apps or smartphone nonsense, just good old fashioned customer service. Claire was a delight to talk to.

Claire was amazing from the stoke branch. We've never used a storage facility before but she took the time to explain everything to us. She was very polite and approachable. All the team we have met so far seem so friendly!

Navigating a large long distance house move was a feat in itself and over email Simon was super to deal with and responsive at the booking stage. I then arrived at Storage Giant Bristol and Dan was there to greet me. From the get go, he had an in depth knowledge of the site and honestly the best customer service skills I have encountered in years. He was highly professional, calm and there in the background when our removal people were being difficult. I couldn’t have asked for any more. He is a huge asset to the Storage Giant brand and deserves all the credit.

Courtney and colleague were extremely patient with us newbies. They took the time to show us around and a variety of different size storage units. When it came to actually using our unit for the first time Courtney also showed us how to se the barrel lock etc. It also helped that we got a good discount on the unit too.
