I am a returning customer to Storage Giant. Will Garland was very welcoming and made selecting appropriately-sized storage a stress-free experience, doing so in a friendly and approachable manner. Time and care was taken when talking me through offers and payment options and I was reminded to contact the branch if I needed any further information, with contact information highlighted to me on my documentation. The site is very clean and organised!

Have used the Swansea facility twice now and each time I've dealt with Dean, who talked me through the options, and explained pricing and contract very clearly so that I understood how it all worked. When it comes to moving in, Dean and the team walk you through everything and double-check everything. Overall, very clear and helpful, and I would highly recommend.

Warren Peake made the experience really easy and helped me to choose the correct size unit. It was short notice and we secured a really good sized unit to store all our house contents. Everything was explained and we were very happy with all the staff and how clean and tidy the unit is kept. Would have no problem in recommending Storage Giant in Stoke.

Michael Rose at the Llanelli made sorting our son's student storage effortless. He found us the perfect size storage unit and explained everything very clearly. The process was swift and it's great how you can purchase everything needed you may be missing, boxes, bubble wrap, packing tape etc. Will definitely use Storage Giant in the future when needed.
