Referring to my experience at Storage Giant Nottingham. This purpose built self storage facility is excellent. It is clean and airy. The staff are very informative, helpful, polite and no pressure selling. Both Ben and Michelle were very professional. On my latest visit Michelle went above and beyond to meet my needs. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this facility.

I had such excellent help from Kieleigh on the chat service provided. Their patience and calm felt so supportive. When booking storage, there can be so many questions and variables to compare and weigh up. Kieleigh was helpful in answering and informing me of my enquiries and the offers and prices available. Never did our communication feel like a sales pitch but a professional interaction, throughout. Informing me of the discounts, amounts to pay for deposit and breaking down all legal requirements regarding payment dates and durations and insurance prices. I’m extremely happy with the service. We will be talking again next week to finalise. Thanks to their professionalism.

All the staff have been excellent. When there was a leak in our original storage, was able to offer a new storage to get us moved to it. No damage to anything due to the quick locating and moving. This was at the Oldbury branch

Dean was very helpful and informative about the lockers. He showed me where my locker was and how to use it. Overall great service!

We've had a unit here for around 5 years and never had an issue; clean, efficient service, and secure. We've just emptied it and will return to rent another if we need to.

Staff very friendly and informative ,the storage site is very clean and has trolleys which is a bonus to help you move your items into your storage container I would recommend this place.

Having never really used a storage place before i was a little bit clueless. But Simon at the Bristol store changed all that. From the moment i walked in he made me feel welcome and answered any questions no matter how silly i felt they were. All round excellent customer service and would 100% suggest
