A lovely sized unit, convenient located near main roads in Llansamlet. It has served me well for nearly a year of continuous usage. When I no longer needed the unit, Courtney closed down my unit speedily with no fuss and confirmed my refund on the unused part of the month. Would use these guys again.

Both Hannah and Helen are fantastic, really friendly and helpful and love a good laugh. They explained everything really well to me once I took out the storage unit and every time I visit they are more than happy to help or chat which makes the experience even sweeter.

On visiting the Telford site, I was unsure on what unit I needed to visit for a customer. I went into the reception area to look for help; I was greeted by a lady called Hannah. She introduced herself in a positive and smiley manner which was appreciated. She was a great help, showing me to the unit needed. Nothing seemed to be too much for her. A true credit to the company!

I'm a student and this was the most affordable storage I could find. They have fantastic deals for students over the summer, with great ranges of space, contract lengths, easy personal access to the unit throughout, and price ranges that is a lot more on the cheap/afforable side. Which is more likely if you share with freinds, storage giant makes this very easy to do. The storage units are very secure and easy to locate. I met with Dean to start my initial paperwork. He was extremely helpful, very friendly and approachable, and had a great patience to him, ensuring I was completely clear and comfortable with my responsibilities over the unit. Just by their great and helpful staff alone I would highly consider using Storage Giant again for my breaks between university study.

The staff very professional and efficient and friendly Zip, Army and Chris worked hard too insure the offered me a price match rate, I have previously made a booking paid a deposit and signed a contract with Safe Store at Oldbury with a TBA moving date, then after several months and delays I went in to confirm the date to be told they don’t have my size unit available and also they have had a price increase and also the price has changed for the other units very poor service by them, without the team at Storage giant I would have been really stuck. The safety and security at the unit in Oldbury is excellent and the whole storage areas. Storage Giant Management should be very proud of the Oldbury team on how the Oldbury depot is been managed and run. Would recommend this depot to other future customers
