I used the storage facilities at Giant storage for several months and for a start I was very glad that it was local to where I live. I found the facilities clean and tidy and secure. I always appreciate good customer service and I found my experience with the staff very good indeed. They were friendly, polite and professional in their manner and very helpful, answering any queries and giving clear advice on the service they provide and what they expect from their users in return. I dealt with a couple of different staff and found them likewise. The last staff member that I dealt with was Zip and he was exactly the same. I would recommend this service to others and when I need storage again I would certainly use them again.
