The online process was very easy to use, the fact that I am able to pick a delivery day is very appreciated as I works both from home and int he office. The food is delicious and being able to see the nutritional breakdown is great.

This company has nice food, if you need something easy for lunch which is vegan. Unfortunately I reordered and the order never arrived twice. I was amazed they deliver to regional NSW, but it was so disappointing the second and third time around, and didn’t get to try what I had ordered. Apparently the first time the delivery truck broke down but nobody told us what had happened until we had waited all day for the order. The second time around the just didn’t show, no explanation. I was given a refund, but I never got to try my order , and as a result of all this bungling around I am not ordering again. I would say that somewhere down the chain the delivery driver is eating very well. So disappointed 😔

Great quality and variety.

Iku has been a brilliant first meal delivery service for my partner and I who are both vegan. There were a few mistakes with our first order - dropped off at wrong address (luckily around the corner) and a missing meal, but we’re loving the convenience and variety. Have re-ordered :)

I have just finished my first order from IKU. The food is delicious and I have ordered my second week. The service is excellent.

A mixed affair. Salads were good, and the fritters. Soup was watery, and the heat up meals are so incredibly salty that I just couldn't eat anymore of it.

Delicious wholefoods meals delivered to my door. Great range of foods including salads, main meals and dessers. All very tasty and great portions at a reasonable price. I love love love the lasagna and the vegan meat balls on polenta.

My experience reflects my lack of planning rather than a problem with IKU. Their customer service and delivery was first class. I ordered 2 x real food re-set packages which was good value for 30 meals for 2 people. (3 meals a day for 5 days) Unfortunately, I wasted at least seven meals. I wasn't home for all meals, my husband wanted to eat his regular breakfasts and lunch. Most of the salads expired before we ate them. There were a few meals I did not enjoy like kale salads and tofu scramble. I did not receive the brochure that advised the order in which to eat the meals. I'm tempted to order IKU dinner curries only - and not too many.

Eatiku is my first plant-based meal delivery service to try and even though I was at first skeptical, I am glad to say I love their food so much, I am going back to re-order and try out their other yummy dishes! First I was surprised by their generous serving size and I could not pick one dish that was boring. The texture and taste made you appreciate every bite. The burrito bowl and the lasagne were a lick-the-bowl-clean winner for me! Furthermore the packaging are 100% recyclable and the plastic container compostable! Thirdly there is no pressure to commit to a weekly subscription - like, how good is that!!

Great variety of meals, full of flavour and large portions. Was accidentally sent the wrong meal and refunded immediately and given a discount code for my next purchase - which I used. One of the best plant based meal services around.

Been ordering from IKU for over a year and it’s always fast and easy. I like that there’s no subscription plan needed. My digestive health improves too.
