I enjoyed the mushroom and edamame meal very much. The rest were not great.

Great meals, they taste nice and can satisfy the most picky cravings. The negative is the compostable packaging, as many people don’t have easy access to a composting facility (Brisbane Community Composting Hubs do not accept compostable packaging). A lot of the packaging will end up either in landfills or wrongly put into recycling bins.

The meals were a very good size serving and they were delishouse. I was very happy with them. They arrived on time. I loved the deserts they were really delicious. Thank you so very much it saves me cooking, I enjoy my meals more when I don't have to cook, I'm a senior pensioner living on my own my family all grown up and living with their own family, so yes I'm a happy customer your doing a great job. Among the ones I've tried, my favorites are the Coconut Laksa, Mushroom Ragu, and Mushroom Meatballs. I also thoroughly enjoyed their granola bowl. Iku plant-based dishes are packed with flavor, and I highly recommend trying it.

I have only eaten 4 meals so far, but I am very impressed!!! They have all been delicious, full Oh flavour, and filling. Even my anti-veg son ate one and enjoyed it and didn’t realise it was plant based. That says it all. I hope I will continue to be impressed.

I tired the 'real food reset' for 5 days. The food was great but unfortunately too much cold food for winter. With macrobiotics as a main organising principle, it might be good to change the menu according to the season to follow the Shindo Fuji (身土不二）philosophy which was developed by Sagen Ishizuka and George Osawa.

This food is absolutely delicious!! And super nutritious. For someone wanting more plant based options that are tasty these are perfect. I’ve tried a lot of the meal delivery plans out there and mostly they’re nice but these are awesome! Will definitely order again!!

Iku used to be synonymous with tasty macrobiotic food with a lovely chewy texture. I was looking forward to the same experience, but the home-delivery bundle (6 meals) I just ordered was a disappointment. There was lots of pepper and salt, but not much else. The food seemed to be made to a price, not a recipe. All of the 6 I tried reached a bare pass (5 or 6 out of 10). This was the first on-line delivery I'd had, and the package arrived on time and in good condition. The logistics is fine, but the food itself is below what I was looking for. I was after chunky flavoursome vegetables and chewy grains, but it missed the spot.

I really wanted to like these meals, but unfortunately I didn’t. The soups had very little flavour and were quite thin and watery. I was looking forward to the Caesar salad more than any other meal but the dressing was very salty and I couldn’t eat it all in one sitting - such a let down. The pad Thai was also disappointing as felt like mostly noodles with no protein (the pack did say it had some so must have been from the nuts maybe?) and little flavour. I did quite like the poké bowl and the pesto fettuccine, hence the 3 stars. All the meals were well presented and the ingredients were fresh but sadly, I just didn’t enjoy many of the flavours.

The food is delicious and the portions are certainly generous :) Once I finished this order I will certainly be ordering more I have MS and chopping and cutting vegetables, etc has become a challenge so your meals help. me to remain independent and move away from cheese toasties for lunch :) Thank you

Having been an Iku customer since 1988, I was excited to see that they now deliver interstate. Our first order was fabulous and tasted as I remembered. It was great to see old favourites and some new items on the menu. It is tasty, fresh and super healthy. As Arnie says, "I'll be back" for more!
