IKU is my go-to for fresh, healthy, reasonably priced plant-based food. I just love it!

Great food so far! Delucios and fresh recipes. I would like some more fresh herbs in the meals, more variation on leafy greens (e.g. choy sum, spinach, lettuce), and variation from tofu (e.g. chickpea/pumpkin/zucchini fritters or balls). And a higher ratio of veggies as I find I'm wanting to add more green beans or leaves to up my veggie intake. But overall really great and best fresh meal delivery out there 👍

The perfect solution for vegetarians - so much range in the options. Most meal services like this are all warm meals, but the salad options from IKU are gorg. Delivery is smooth, prices work out cheaper than groceries and everything is generally yum with good portion sizes. Stoked!

My daughter gifted me a few Iku meals for Mother's day to try out which I thought were really delicious. I usually make all my own meals which is energy demanding and time consuming, so to have some highly nutritious and delicious meals in the fridge/freezer on hand for those occasions when you are just too tired to prepare food, has been a real treat! Therefore, I placed my first order last week which was received on time, in an insulated box with a free cacao tapioca pudding. I am impressed!

Just received my first IKU order. So happy with the quality and portion size of the meals. Each meal is perfectly packed with clear nutritional information and instructions on each pack. Customer service is also top notch.

Unfortunately I was not a very big fan of many of the meals, anything that had tofu or mimicking cheese was extremely salty and soy flavoured. I liked the nachos and chilli as these didn’t rely on soy for flavour. I also had three meals go bad days before the expiry date, the containers puffed right up and the food tasted fermented.

Nourishing and tasty food. Excellent serving size and was always satisfied.

I’ve tried several meal delivery services in the past and IKU is the best. The food is delicious, restaurant quality. The portions are big enough to feel full after every meal, I was particularly worried about the salads not being filling enough but they are huge. I love the salad dressings as well and how ample they are. The hot meals are great for dinner, hearty and filling. I believe some dishes can even be frozen for later but I haven’t tried that yet. I’m not vegan but my diet is primarily plant-based already, yet I’ve noticed a positive change in my digestion after a few days of eating IKU meals. I’ve already placed an order for next week’s delivery, I will be a repeat customer from now on!

Ok good for an emergency but eating them regularly, they all start to taste the same and there’s too much salt in them. Handy to have in the freezer!

The meals great, packaging good but delivery took it to the wrong address - lucky we have honest neighbours. customer service at IKU never responded. Food was good so have ordered again and hoping it will be issue free this time.

The food tasted delicious, however there is a minimum to how many meals to order and upon arrival they all have to be eaten within 2 days of delivery. Had to throw a handful of salads due to being out of date. My brown rice earth bowl was also missing it's dressing.

I love the salads. Some are very carb heavy though and i cant finish them. The freezer meals are definitely not as good as the fresh salads but there are some good ones. The freezer meals seem to lack a good amount of veg but that could be my specific likes.

Really enjoyed some of the meals that you heat, and the desserts. Great variety. Meals well packed, only one had broken container on delivery. What I really didn’t enjoy was the salads. I ordered a few not realizing that the best before was 3 days for all of them. This could be clearer on the website. All the dressing in the world also cannot overcome huge amounts of kale (and a lot of stems) and cabbage etc. The salads were also lacking in carbs (eg the quinoa, rice). Aside from this, really enjoyed the other meals and will order again, especially the edamame pasta, lasagne, and the rice ball things.

Great meals that could be improved with the addition of some steamed veg as a side.. The curries and chilli have a great flavour amd are good value. Will order again.

Fresh, delicious, healthy, not frozen soggy airplane food, but real food I'd make at home if I had time. Curries are the best.

I've been a fan of Iku for years. I'm glad I can now enjoy good, healthy food at home. The food came when I expected it and was packaged well. It's not quite the same compared to having it prepared and eaten at the shop, but it's great that I have the option to have it at home. Our favs were the Millet fritters and Coconut Laksa.

Delicious and fresh vegetarian food delivered straight to our door. So handy for those times you don’t have time to think about shopping or cooking. I will definitely be using IKU again!
