The quality and taste of the food is pretty astonishing. I have tried other pre-prepared meal delivery and IKU is vastly superior. To add to this, the price is very affordable, delivery is efficient and ordering is easy. It’s the total package. A+ guys!

There was hairs in my pudding. Otherwise great! Received no follow up email as per response below. Heard back from IKU with good understanding of customer service and confidence in there hygiene policies.

Amazing value, less than $10ea for a fully-fledged nutritious meal. Can’t cook for that! I’m a vegetarian and don’t often eat vegan but I honestly don’t know how Iku makes the flavours/textures sing as they do - especially the lasagna. Used to visit their storefront in Sydney, so thrilled they deliver to Melbourne.

I have really enjoyed majority of the meals and have lost some weight while eating these. The only meal I haven't enjoyed so far is the edemame pasta as it was an odd texture but that might just be personal preference. But overall very good and I've enjoyed so far

I love that everything is compostable or recyclable. The food is so delicious and doesn't need salt. I mostly cook the food on the stove but in the micro wave its good too!
