Incredible food, variety and service. You can tell they are passionate about their product. I feel better eating this food.. especially when work is too busy for me to focus on cooking well. When I eat the meals at work people always ask where it is from.

Absolutely delicious food, great customer service. The only thing to mention is that it would be good if the best before dates were at least a week.

I am in ED recovery, and IKU has really saved me. It takes a lot of the fear and anxiety out of food for me, as I know that every single meal is balanced and full of nutrients – without sacrificing taste! The meals are SO delicious, satisfying and leave you feeling mentally and physically very nourished. The quality of ingredients are very high, always fresh and keep well during the week. The unique flavours are so gorgeous, very tasty combinations. I also really appreciate that you can filter your order by "Allergens", as I'm Gluten-Intolerant and soy-sensitive, so this takes away alot of the anxiety I would usually have about these kinds of services. Ordering is so easy, and delivery is so flexible. I order IKU weekly, I'm about 4 weeks in and I absolutely love it. Do your mind and body a huge favour and eat IKU!

I order from IKU regularly and it's so helpful to have good, nourishing food at had for the times when I can't cook. Their deliveries are always reliable and I consider the meals good value. But I'm not here to talk about that today. I wanted to talk about an example of real humanity and kindness from the gentleman who delivered my order today. I opened the door to receive my package and my little dog, who is anxious in thunderstorms ran out into the street and then took off. Without hesitating, he joined me chasing after him and kept up the chase when I fell behind (I have a lame foot). I lost sight of them both and walked back home to find him waiting with my Reggie. I'm so grateful. He was my late parents' dog (they both passed away over the last couple of years) and he means the world to me. So, good food, delivered by salt of the earth humans who care about community. What's not to like?

I tried their meals from a friend, I am yet to buy myself but I was really impressed with the quality and serving sizes, I will be a customer soon haha xD

Not only very delicious, yet healthy food (I am yet to trial a meal that isn't exceptional), but also an easy ordering process, and prompt and reliable delivery staff make an effort to ensure food is delivered safely. Cannot fault IKU.

The 5 day real food reset was super tasty, loved every meal, felt very full and didn't need snacks. All meals were well packaged and I feel represent value for money.

Iku deliver amazing food. I’m not actually vegan and am amazed by the variety and flavours without dairy or eggs.

How great is it to be able to order plant based meals, morsels and treats and have them delivered to your door, thoughtfully cold-packed for protection? Thanks IKU I have been buying your products for 34 years and love that I no longer have to make a special detour to a store.

Finally a healthy option for single people! Each meal had a great variety of healthy ingredients and at a good price. Wish I'd found you earlier, it's easier for me to eat healthy meals every day now!
