I was over the moon when I found out IKU is now delivering. I've been eating their food for more than 30 years and have really missed it since working from home. The food is as delicious as ever, and the delivery service is great. The packaging is recyclable and compostable which means almost zero waste. A really good experience all round.

This company is ABOVE AND BEYOND in SO many senses. Absolutely LOVE them.

The delivery service itself was smooth, the customer service is prompt. However the food itself, some was great, some just about okay but most stuff has a high calorie count. It would be nice if you included meals with lower calorie count for weight watchers too. Thank you.

Great menu with different meal plans. Scrumptious, no waste, delicious food. Prompt and convenient delivery times and an added bonus was the plant based packaging and recyclable cardboard.

5 out of 6 of my meals were brown-rice based which was a bit much for me in one week. The meals are nice otherwise though and the packaging is great.

I have always loved Iku food and for a long time have been looking for tasty and healthy plant-based meals for home. The quality and taste is excellent - exactly the same as when you get it fresh in store.

Great food, really tasty and lots of GF options. Also well priced for meal delivery with free local delivery on orders over $90 which is great. My housemate is a meat eater but he is loving the IKU meals too.

I recently switched to IKU after being a customer with Soulara since 2018. I am impressed with the quality and flavour of IKU's meals after receiving my first order a week ago. I am due to receive my second order today. So far so good, their customer support team is very responsive and replied to an email within a few minutes when I requested an update on the delivery status of my order. The driver who delivered my first order, Ian, went above and beyond to ensure my order was left in a secure location. I really appreciated his efforts in calling and texting at the time of delivery as I was not home. After experiencing shithouse delivery debacles with Soulara's incompetent couriers, leading to my decision to cancel my subscription with them after almost four years, my experience so far with IKU has been awesome :)
