Between working full-time and chronic illness I struggle to find the energy to cook so have been looking for a meal delivery service that I don't have to cook myself. I've tried a few competitors and they don't begin to compare to the taste, price, portion size or service that I've received with IKU. I've recently been diagnosed coeliac and the allergy search function on the website made ordering so much quicker and easier, so that I don't have to examine every ingredient list - and I'm so excited to know I still have delicious options available to me! A special thank you to my delivery driver, Ian, who is communicative with every delivery and once even delivered directly to my kitchen when I was unwell.

Great product but I've discovered that your meals are very high in carbs. Some are 90 or 100kg of carbs, which is way too high for a daily target. For this reason I will probably not purchase as much as planned in the future.

This is the only vego meal deal you should try. Soulara is junk - low quality, lazy recipes, too much white rice and coconut cream (sugars). Iku is high quality, expert level recipes and nutrition. Game changer.

It had been years since we enjoyed IKU. We had missed it. We are so thrilled IKU have a home delivery service and we can now enjoy and be nourished by IKU again. Love IKU. Everything we've tried is delicious. Highly, highly recommended!

This is week two of my IKU delivery. I look forward to this order and eating the delicious meals (which only take 2 mins to heat), love the salads and guilt free treats like the friands and black rice pudding.My skin glows when I eat IKU plant based meals.
