I ordered a case of wine for a Valentines Day gift. I made it clear I wanted it by then. I was then told you were short one of the bottles and because of bad weather you would not get it in time. I asked if you could substitute it for another bottle and was told no. So the case came late and you didn't even have the original bottle I waited for but a much cheaper one! Why a substitution could not have been made so that I could have received this gift on time is not clear. Bad customer service or you should have more wine on hand for such situations.

This was my first experience with Saratoga Wines. I received several e-mails apologizing for the delay in shipping due to a snow storm, and in spite of this, it was shipped much sooner than I expected. My favorite wine is a white Borealis and unavailable in my part of Ohio. It was well packaged and the wine arrived in excellent condition. I found their prices to be very reasonable even though it had to be shipped. I will certainly order from them in the future and would highly recommend them for any of your wine needs.

I am very pleased with the service. I one of my orders for Manzanilla I wanted to know the bottling date of the wine II was ordering which appears on the bottle label. They told me they will let me know when the bottles arrived to them from the warhorse and if I did not like the date I did not have to take them. They let me know a couple of days latter and the date was OK for me. That to me is caring.

I was looking for a picticular wine, and Saratoga was one of the few who carried it. Their price was the best out there too. Was easy to order, and they shipped it right away. Was pleased with service and know where I'll look first next time!

This is the only place that carries Death Wish Vodka. The price was very reasonable and the s&h for 2 bottles was good. Bottles came packaged really good and shipping took less than I thought (NY to Ca). I will definitely buy from this site again.

After waiting a very, very long time for Wiston (UK) sparkling wine to find distribution in the US, I was delighted to find the 2011 Rose at Saratoga. For whatever reason this wine isn't at retail in California as far as i can tell. My wife and I have tasted this wine with the winemaker at the winery in West Sussex. Superb sparkling wine in our opinion. Ordering online was easy and smooth. As requested Saratoga held the wine for about 10 days after I ordered to comply with my ship date need. Wine went out on the day i asked for and made it to California in good order. A very satisfying experience all around.

I ordered a case of wine not cheap and I am very disappointed with the corks. Every bottle I have opened, including the case my friend bought the corks are all breaking and that stuff is going into the wine. Not happy about this especially when the bottles are $35 a pop!

I did thank think I'd be able to get my favorite restaurant Moscato and sure enough it was at my house within a week.

The price is right, they use FedEx where the package can be held at a store for signature. The shipment arrived in a timely manner.

My alcohol arrived on time and as expected.
