I don't order too often from Saratoga; maybe 4-5 times the past 24 months. Saratoga is one of about 3 "go" websites I'm when looking for a grape and or vintage sometimes hard to source. They ship quickly, their shipping costs are in line with most other sites. Most recently I was looking for a white from the Basilicata region of Italy, and specifically from the del Vulture area. They had it.

Ordering was a snap. Shipping was a bit slow. Packaging was perfect. Follow-up was good. No issues

Saratoga Wine has a really nice selection of wine. Having wine shipped from them to myself or to others as gifts has never been a problem.

On two separate occasions I tried to place an order for a bottle which the website said was in stock but later received an email saying that the item was actually not in stock. Another bottle I ordered came with a sticker saying it was from a private collection. Saratoga should advise the customer of this before purchase.
