I had to send a specific bottle across the country as a gift and Saratoga Wine delivered. There was some issue with my billing address and I got a phone call the next day to resolve. I'd use them again anytime.

It was a gift so I don't know how the product tastes. With that said, ordering was easy, delivery was ahead of schedule, product was packaged well for safe travels, and pricing was reasonable.

Great wine selections, informative website and timely delivery

My first call to talk to a wine advisor was good and he emailed me 3 of his selections. My second call a few days later after picking those 3 and 7 more bottles on my own from the website, I asked for him again to get his advise on 2 more bottles to finish a case. He told the receptionist to have me look over the website as he was busy. Not real pleased as I was spending around $300. The order did arrive well packed and on time.
