Worst service … 1 bag 30kg missing and not responding very unprofessional customer care

So easy to find the best price and the service you need. Pick ups are on time with good communication. If you have a questions or a problem with a delivery, the team are always friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this company.

I needed to have a large parcel collected and delivered. I used two comparison sites, and chose Transglobal Express from their competitive quote. I was not disappointed. They communicated well, answered queries, collected the parcel when they said they would and I was able to track the parcel. I was very pleased with the service and will use them again when I have to send a large parcel.

My collection was not done. This is a regular collection we do & yet it was not able to be done. The collection was booked for the 21 May & to date is still not collected. I am frustrated & very disappointed as this causes unnecessary delays on our side for our clients.

Provides much lower quotes than all of the competition. Sadia Ahmed made every effort to contact TNT Express in Italy where I was having issues with the customs .Finally after her intervention and my own dealings with customs , all was resolved and the package delivered safely. I have subsequently written to her to make inquiries with Transglobal for a potential new order for sending a largish package from Italy to US via the UK but as yet I haven't had any feedback .

I am afraid I had a poor experience. A delivery was promised for today but didn't happen. Initially they pointed out the delivery was being undertaken by a third party and so they couldn't provide an explanation. Then they claimed there were problems. Shortly after they claimed that either I or the sender requested the delivery three days later. This was obviously not true as far as I was concerned and after checking with the sender, this request had not come from the sender. Perhaps this was not deliberate and just another mistake on their part. Thankfully the sender managed to recover the parcel and send it to me today using a different courier. Excellent service from the new courier company and the sender in organsing everything within a few hours and appalling service from Transglobal/DPD. Their attitude on the phone can hardly be described as customer friendly; it was more like a robot. It is sadly the case in the courier industry that some companies are set up for their convenience rather than the customer - Transglobal is clearly one of those.

Vanessa Mills helped me so much this morning when all the information I had put in for a shipment was timed out and lost. She took all the information from me over the phone which was so very helpful. Transglobal Express are lucky to have such a wonderful employee. Vanessa Mills is a star!

Fast efficent service

Very slow to update tracking. Boxes were not delivered yesterday as they were supposed to be. Stayed in the whole day waiting for them. No contact made to say there was a delay. Have no idea what the problem is or when they are coming. Total waste of a day waiting yesterday.

Vanessa Corella Mills was amazing in coming up with a solution as I had a very tight and packed schedule, having to move across 3 countries in a couple of weeks. Not only did she help me find a solution I hadn't thought of, she also managed to get it cheaper than I had found and help me with the administrative paperwork also. Overall a very good experience and would recommend Transglobal.

The service was outstanding. Customer service provided quick and relevant assistance. Pickup of my shipment was extremely quick and my international shipment arrived in excellent condition and faster than anticipated.

I have had very few problems with this company , and any issues are dealt with promptly. I have sent many many parcels with them and have trust in them. They keep me informed on the whereabouts of my parcels all the way to there destination.
