goods were extremely late and no real help resolving the issue. No ability to put pressure on the carriers to deliver the goods makes me never want to use you again.

Failed collection took the package over the weekend and the time from UK to US was 8 days. A poor show that no-one wants to take responsibility for, not least Transglobal. Take care where the service is collection by one party and shipping by another as they are not working collaboratively.

The customer service are very unprofessional, don't know what to do, and had no idea what's happening with my parcels, took me 2 months and a half to trace the parcel and refund. chat ended suddenly with out any notice.

We wanted to ship a product via Transglobal. Despite notifying Transglobal in advance and requesting a larger vehicle due to the weight of the product, they arrived on the collection day with a small vehicle and did not pick up the product. The following day, they kept us waiting all day, but no one showed up. The collection of the product shouldn't be this difficult. Not being able to set a time window and receiving no updates makes the process very challenging.

Like any other transportation company , they never accept responsibility for lost and damaged parcels, after spending serious money with them they refused to compensate small orders worth £40-£80 , they used 3rd party services and of course they are completely incapable to make any claim through them (DHL mainly) The approach of courier is typical in the UK, they just let a cool down period, thinking the sender will give up

I use Transglobal Express for most of my, albeit infrequent, overseas collections and export deliveries. I am motivated by price firstly and find the best quotes with them consistently. On the occasions when there have been some sort of issue, such as a failed collection overseas, their customer assistance is professional, friendly and solution oriented. I have been using them for years and fully intend to continue doing so.

Transglobal isn't always the cheapest of the consolidator/brokers, but it often is. More importantly, though, it's one of the easiest to use - maybe we're just more familiar with it. However, the great thing about this outfit is that they have a phone number and they answer it - usually pretty quickly - if you have any queries or problems.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Transglobal. They failed to find the address multiple times, did not respond in a timely manner, and ultimately damaged the item. To make matters worse, we are now unable to get in touch with them to arrange the collection of the damaged package at their cost, which is only fair since they caused the damage through repeated mishandling. The person receiving the package is very unsatisfied, and so are we. Please contact us as soon as possible to resolve this issue. Regards, Marika

Our parcel is lost, due to Transglobal not passing on information. Weeks later, still no information, and we are just being told it sits on a trolley waiting to come back to us? We have gone to extreme lengths and costs to rectify the situation by remanufacturing the product. The client even drove from Germany to the UK to collect as all confidence lost with courier company. At no point has Transglobal offered to help with this cost. Our experience has been terrible, with no customer support at all.

I view Transglobal Express as a lifeline service for my business and have done so for many years. Issues over that time have been few and far between. They have ALWAYS been attended to swiftly, and any interaction has been handled with the utmost seriousness and attention - always with the right outcome. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Transglobal as trustworthy, professional, and efficient-Plus! My parcel was collected perfectly and I was able to track it as promised! I was sending a few gifts to a friend in the USA. It reached the states and there it was stuck. I used FedEx, big mistake!! I had a call from them , telling me Transglobal need to send a ‘Prior Notice’ for the 3 food items I’d sent. I contacted Transglobal and spoke to a representative called Lyndsey. Lyndsey was super helpful and explained that it was something I needed to do and how to do it, she also explained that FedEx are notorious for stopping food items and suggested I choose a different carrier next time. I promptly started the prior notice form, only to get stuck!! I called Transglobal the next day and happened to get through to Lyndsey again. Well to cut a very long story short, Lyndsey was amazing!!! She went above and beyond all expectations of customer service!! I received calls and emails from her, and she did her absolute best to help!! Lyndsey, you deserve Employee of the Year!! Thank you!! Fingers crossed, the parcel will be with my friend soon!!
