United Kingdom | 03 May 2024This is a bitter-sweet review, unfortunately. Firstly, I can't thank Kasia enough for her customer support, she is an asset to TG. I have only used TG twice now for international shipping, and both packages were beaten up like they had gone 3 rounds with Mike Tyson. Wrapped in FRAGILE tape, marking of "this way up", "Handle with care" and "do not drop" mean absolutely nothing to the inconsiderate imbeciles handling these boxes. The love, time and care that goes into making bespoke items can all be in vain when in the hands of a disrespectful handler... more photo evidence between couriers should be a must so we can pinpoint where and who abused our products to the point where a claim is now in progress. This now makes international shipping a very big worry for me. Please please please TG get something in place for more photo checks, it's the only way forward and limit more claims. I love using TG and the website, system and staff are absolutely brilliant, but let's get the couriers sorted with either retraining or sacked and replaced with someone who values their job. Five stars for TG as they are brilliant, but ive had to rate this as 1 star to bring attention to the courier services :(

United Kingdom | 01 May 2024I sent a parcel to an unusual country in the carribean, the parcel arrived swifty by fedex and then encountered some customs clearance issues. It took sometime to get to the bottom of the problem due to transactional complexities, but once this was established CS were able to assist and rectify the issue and subsequent delivery to the customer. Special shout out to Vanessa, she was absolutely fantastic. Vanessa seemed to genuinely care and when fully explained the details of the shipment she knew exactly what to do. Vanessa, these 5 stars are all for you!

France | 30 April 2024I have used this company for a number of years now. Last year I had a major problem with the carrier I chose (DPD) - they were extremely helpful in sorting that out. Last week I chose a different carrier (TNT....whose reviews were not great, but not many companies are...). No problems...delivered from UK to France in a week. The ONE thing that I really appreciate is that there is a phone number....you can call and it is answered almost immediately...by a HUMAN BEING....not automated options etc. Please TGE..NEVER change that!!!

They called saying insurance would not cover any damage to it, just loss, AFTER the pickup, so now I'm in a bind as I needed the money back from seller so decided to let it go. Sure enough the toilet went back to sell in 1000 pieces. Refused to consider covering even part of it. Turns out a part of the shipped toilet was missing too. When I put in a claim for this, they said "You you just said toilet and no other parts and that was delivered.". They didn't collect a signature which is what they're covering for. I'd be careful using these guys as they are just scalpers from the major suppliers.

After 4 days of rebooking two deliveries that never got collected by DHL, only backed up with one lie after another from DHL, Chloe stepped in and saved the day... From then on everything went according to her plan and I was over the moon with here attention to details and taking charge of the situation... But at the same time, with a scene of humour that allowed be to stay calm and assured that all was going to be well... And it was.
