I have used Transglobal Express a few times and have always had the most impeccable service. The delivery drivers are polite, on time and generally really chirpy! Every order has arrived the very next day, even when not specified as next day delivery! The CS team are especially lovely too (just spoke to a lady called Nikki), really efficient and you can get through straight away- makes a nice change from other courier companies!

I only use Transglobal for my imports/ exports. Booking on is straight forward, they take away the hassle of going direct. Any issues are always quicly resolved.

My ordeal began by handing our package to DHL directly instead of to the designated Transglobalexpress location. Long story short we needed to trace the package from all sides as DHL Parcel was not able to scan the barcode hence no movement and uncooperative in giving us our package status or location. This is where Harjinder Kullar comes in to sort out this crazy twist between DHL, Transglobal and us. Basically during our dark ordeal the only light that shined thru was Harjinder with her professional, calming and PATIENT demeanor. I truly hope whoever has the opportunity to work with her knows that they have a special person by their side. I wish you the best in all your future endeavors, Harjinder. You are special!

We run a few company’s and ship globally for half of our sales, we use Transglobal often and haven’t had a complaint, recently a parcel was lost and we never thought we’d see it again but and particularly the effort to efficiently of Lindsey Lloyd to locate our missing stock, which was tracked down and found so quickly, was quite impressive and we will continue to use this service in the future M.Dobson Unique pottery shop-Etsy Unique curiosity shop-Etsy Unique antique shop, Suffolk U.K

Always a brilliant service with great tracking updates all of the way, I have Spoke to customer service on a couple of occasions to ask a question and they pick up the phone straight away and are always really helpful friendly staff, great company with lovely people and efficient service.

All good until one of your packages goes missing in transit then they won't allow you to claim as they say its gone past the time. This has happened several times so I have ceased using them. Terrible

Happy with the service, particularly the collection drivers and the arrangement as a whole - they collect on the stated day and time (not as much of a norm as it should be with most couriers), they send alerts/reminders beforehand and the collection drivers are always ace :) Overall we are pleased with the service after using it for few months - minus a star due to the questionable policy regarding their responsibility for the lost packages - it's only 30 days from the day of dispatch that you can claim for the loss. And it is your responsibility to keep checking if has arrived (not the receiving side telling your eventually if it's not received, as it is in reality with the online retail) - frankly not practical or realistic for most businesses. The time span of 30 days is also not practical since it can take longer than that to arrive with some destinations, even when everything is smooth sailing, especially when you take the customs into the account. In short - it's all fantastic, until there's a delivery issue and then it's more of a problem than it is with other courier booking companies.
