Their European delivery service is off the scale good—fast, reliable, and always handled with care. The IOSS Landmark Service for Europe and Canada is fantastic, making shipping smooth and hassle-free. And TG Direct to Australia is incredibly efficient—everything always arrives on time and in perfect condition. The driver, Neil, is brilliant—polite, courteous, and always professional. United Kingdom | 24 February 2025We have been using Transglobal Express for a few years now, and our experiences have always warranted a five-star review. Yes, things can go wrong, and these issues are usually with the appropriate carriers themselves and not with TG Express; however, they are always happy to provide a reason and a solution without fail. After many collections and deliveries, I would say we have experienced maybe three issues with the carriers over the years. They are either a phone call or an email away, and you always receive excellent service from either. The people they employ are of an exceptional standard, and that includes the drivers. Our drivers, Neil and Luke, are the sort of individuals you hope to bump into in life; nothing is too much trouble, come rain, snow, or ice. Tracking is a breeze and always accurate; any discrepancies are due to the carrier not updating their feeds, so again, this is not a TG problem. I have never had an issue with our volumes going through their systems. Shipping times are great; I believe we have had around five slightly late parcels over the years—nothing outrageous. As for prices, it is almost the same cost to send a small parcel-sized item to Spain (up to 1 kg) via TG Express as it is to send one to the UK via Royal Mail. We have been saving significant amounts of money when sending our parcels to the USA and Europe. It’s a no-brainer. There are instances where we need to send via Delivery Duty Paid, which, due to the carrier's admin fees, can be cheaper with another service, but that (like an Everton trophy) is rare. If you are experiencing an issue with extra charges, you should check the dimensions of your parcels. I am hearing from other companies that the main issue they face is under-measuring weights and other physical dimensions. Out of 10? I would rate them an 11 because 10 is not good enough!

United Kingdom | 20 February 2025Transglobal used to be a good company, with a focus on customer service. We have been customers for over 5 years and watched this steadily decline to the point where we now wait 3 days for a collection. Reasons given for failed collections are total fabrications that we have had to prove with CCTV footage (of the non-existence of their van). Transglobal take no responsibility and still charge us full price (hundreds of pounds) for these extremely delayed collections and deliveries. Our customers are angry, upset, and our reputation is in tatters. Over Christmas, they took 3-6 weeks to get our parcels to the USA. They blamed FedEx and customs but now that I know dishonesty is endemic in their company, I realise this is unlikely to be the truth (and if it was, a company that actually cared would be representing us to FedEx and getting things hurried along). A decent company would heavily discount or even waive charges for such delayed deliveries. Even this would not compensate for the damage to our company. Yet, Transglobal just do not take responsibility. Our trust in these chancers is in tatters, and we will be moving our business (approx 5 international shipments per week) elsewhere. If you value your customers and rely on delivering good service to them, do not do business with Transglobal.
