He arrives on time, takes the boxes away and always seems cheerful. The booking process is clear and easy and the prices are so good. Sending small packets over to the USA, fully tracked and never had an issue. Whenever I've had to speak with customer services, they answer my queries efficiently. I will always be using Transglobal Express.

We've been using Transglobal Express for a few years now, but have started to notice a deterioration in the service. We have also noticed it's no longer viable to use particularly for Canada or Australia and whilst Royal Mail aren't any better we have started to use them for more international services as integration into seller market places make it a more secure service to protect seller sales when they go missing or are delayed which we're seeing an increase with TG. Frustrating as we did apprieciate the service and whilst it still has value for most US shipping it comes down to how many services do you want to offer and/or integrate into your business.

I booked with UPS through Transglobal and have now been informed that FedEx will be delivering the parcel but I did not ask for that as I’ve had lots of trouble with FedEx before when sending gifts. I won’t give a true rating until my parcel has been delivered

I've been sending packages out at Christmas time with Transglobal Express for many years now, and I honestly think they have the best customer service staff of any company I have dealt with. It's easy to get a quote and book a collection, and there are a good range of prices to choose from (with various couriers). Each year I usually have several questions and I have found the customer service staff incredibly patient and helpful, and I feel confident in giving Transglobal a five-star review.

I am actually astounded by how good this company are going by my experience. I am in Scotland, and I found a doll on eBay that my little girl had wanted for Christmas. The seller was in the USA and didn't ship to the UK. A friend of mine in Texas agreed to let me have it shipped to her address and she'd arrange for it to be shipped to me. I was appreciative of her allowing me to use her address but I didn't want to put her to the trouble of sorting the postage. Transglobal allowed me to deal with the entire transaction. I organised for the box to be collected at my friends home, and delivered to me in Scotland. It was so easy to do, and literally all my friend had to do was print one page with the address details and tape it onto the box. It was collected from her on Thursday 16th Nov and I have received the parcel today, Saturday the 18th! FedEx were the couriers, so huge shout out to them too. I had to pay extra taxes and duties, but the shipping costs were roughly half of quotes I'd had from other companies, and it was made clear to me that I'd be responsible for any import charges incurred. The original price, plus the import taxes added up to roughly what other companies were quoting just for collection/delivery. Overall, I am absolutely over the moon at how easy, quick, clear and cost effective the entire transaction has been. I definitely recommend and will use them again without hesitation.

Shipped a large batch of orders across the world, and had a couple of issues with one or two delivery couriers. Every person from TGE who I've spoken to has been so super helpful. Like, straight away they're finding solutions. Unmatched tbh!
