I am highly dissatisfied with the service provided by Transglobal. I sent over a hundred parcels to the USA without any issues until USPS made an error and returned my parcel to the sender. Initially, they attempted to charge me £17 (original shipping cost was only £8) for the reshipment due to the USPS fault. I had to prove that the recipient's name and address were verified on the USPS website, and I should not be held responsible for USPS's mistake. After resolving this issue, customer service instructed me to wait for six weeks to ensure they received the parcel back. Despite the extended waiting period, I patiently complied. However, when I contacted them again after six weeks, they informed me that they still didn't know the whereabouts of my parcel. The only course of action they could take was to send another email to the USA side. Personally I do not recommend Transglobal due to their indifference to issues and attempts to charge customers for USPS mistakes, even when acknowledging it was USPS's fault. Choose a more reliable shipping service for your business needs.

Company was having a problem with their computers but Nikki went out of her way too ensure the item would be ordered today to picked up tomorrow. She was most helpful and a delight to deal with, This is a great shipping company to deal with and use . Thank you once again.

Translocation is and always has been a good company to send parcel (via current shipping companies) however each shipping company I have had cannot compete with Transglobals up to date information. Please pass this on to the different shippers you use.

I'd like to especially thank Emily, Richard, and Ashleigh for all providing an outstanding service. I have had issues over the last few days as I was given the wrong weights and dimensions which made collection difficult for the Transglobal team. They all went above and beyond to help solve this and were all extremely friendly, accommodating and efficient.

I was sending an item from UK to USA for the first time. It was a DNA kit for one of those Ancestry DNA test sites in Texas . They quoted me the cheapest price, half of the next cheapest quote. I wasn't aware that it's classed as restricted item, and booked it as normal. But declared it in customs questionnaire exactly as it was. The booking was made 9pm in the night. The next day at 9 am I received a phone call from Transglobal. The representative promptly informed me that since DNA kits are restricted items as per their contract with carriers, they can't ship it. My money was immediately refunded. So kudos to their vigilance and professionalism . Giving 4 stars , because DNA test kits postage is now a very common occurrence.Transglobal should update their contract with their carrier companies and include DNA test kits Royal mail posts DNA kits back to the sending company, as long as the sender's instructions were followed and swab was packaged as per instructions. Which are very easy to follow and all DNA test companies send a full return kit .
