United Kingdom | 15 August 2023I have used Transglobal express on a few occasions for US packages, I sent a package to Europe, Netherlands a few months ago to have the company they use state they cannot deliver to a PO box at a university for one of my customers when it arrived there (called them and asked why this had happened as it just said address unknown), Transglobal express accepted this address as fine at point of payment. I then had to pay £14 for it to be returned to this country and their depo. I am now being charged £7.95 for them to return it to my home address. Forget it, I won't be using them in the future.

Will contact the customer services team first thing in the morning and see why this had suddenly developed . Not good though when you are anticipating having 20 parcels over the next week !

United Kingdom | 11 August 2023If you use FEDEX via Transglobal, expect to not have parcels delivered anywhere near the given timeframe. The staff are very pleasant but unfortunately they are not able to sufficiently communicate with FEDEX in USA to action anything - so really there isn't any benefit to using them. We have never had this issue with other brokers using DHL or UPS. Furthermore, there is nothing more frustrating than being told things which simply aren't true like "this will be out for delivery in next 24 hours". It's better to be honest and say "we actually have no idea but we are doing everything we can and can look at some kind of compensation for you - we will proactively update you on the daily situation with these parcels to demonstrate we sincerely care about your experience". I think TG are miles away from this! Due to the 50% fail ratio of parcels sent to USA, I requested multiple times for a manager to look into this and things be escalated - sadly this is not a possibility either. In one case, we requested a "return to sender" and paid £95 for the pleasure - only to be told after a week that it hadn't been actioned. Checked the tracking and says released from Customs and "out for delivery". Why charge people for a service that you cannot carry out? So as it stands we are down by several hundreds of pounds in shipping charges, 3 parcels missing (worth a thousand pounds or more) and very unhappy customers. We are patient people but this is not on! Please stop offering FEDEX's services - especially as staff tell you on the phone that FEDEX has this problem quite often and delays take weeks. I didn't see this anywhere when paying for a "5-day" estimated delivery service from UK to USA at a cost of almost £100 per parcel.

United Kingdom | 10 August 2023Wanted to send a pallet all booked and paid for after it was pickup for they sent a email saying it was going to cost a extra £390 to send it. they was told within 5 mins of us getting the email from them that we are not willing to pay the extra and return it to sender but did not get back to us untill buyer not he pallet then emailed back saying it was too late and we have to pay the extra £390 on a pallet that only costed £220 to send in the 1st place do not use transglobalexpress unless you willing to pay there hidden fees.

United Kingdom | 10 August 2023I recently had an unfortunate experience with Transglobal Express's land mail service. I utilized their service to dispatch parcels to 21 different European destinations, and the results were less than satisfactory. Several packages were returned due to supposedly incorrect addresses. However, upon contacting the recipients directly, it was confirmed that the addresses provided were accurate. This fact was further validated when Royal Mail successfully delivered all these parcels after they were resent. In some cases, the parcels didn't even seem to be attempted for delivery. They were either returned or directly sent to a customer service counter, completely skipping the delivery attempt. This level of service was not what I expected when I chose Transglobal Express for my shipping needs. Moreover, the response I received from their customer service was far from helpful. Their suggested solution was for me to gather written confirmation of the addresses from each of my customers - a clearly impractical solution given the number of customers involved. Transglobal Express presents itself as a cost-effective alternative to other couriers. However, my experience suggests otherwise. In fact, using Royal Mail's business service would have been cheaper by £1.20 per parcel. The combination of these issues resulted in a loss of over £800, as they charged up to £14 per parcel for return. The unsuccessful deliveries, address verification troubles, unhelpful customer service, and misleading price claims not only led to financial losses but also wasted a considerable amount of time. I would urge anyone considering using their service to reconsider before proceeding
