I had souced what I thought was the best price only to get to the end and it dropped off. Had to re-enter ALL the details agian and the final price had jumped up considerably. After entering my credit card detail I could go no further as it requested a voucher code!!. Gave up and called Customer Services. This is where Nikki GQ took over. Not only was she able to find my booking details (but still had to re-enter them), found a slightly better price and did all the booking her end. Absolutely unheard of. A real person, not a 'bot' who knows her job and took time to help the customer and completed the transaction. Just brilliant. Very good telephone manners as well. Even took time to explain the documentation when received. A pleasure to deal with. I hope the company value her.

I have used Transglobal Express a few times in the past and every time I use them they can't be more helpful. I highly recommend them for any Exports or Imports you may need, they are very efficient, very polite and certainly get the job done, the assistant I had Vanessa Mills was absolutely great, credit where credit is due.

Generally reliable, but I've just had too many occasions where packages for large orders, in the region of several hundred GBP£ just don't get collected. Tired of the unreliability.

Nikki went beyond helpful, she sorted everything out and even emailed me the address label and packing list because the address wasn't written out correctly and would not be accepted by the system. I don't know any other couriers that go that extra mile to help you resolve a problem. Thank you Nikki

The Lady called Nikki Gonzalez went above and beyond anything I expected to try and resolve my situation. I truely believe she is valuable asset to your company and deserves recognition for efforts. Everything works smoothly until your item gets lost in transit. My item got lost after 6 weeks of sending it. I called for a loss claim and they send me a form to fill out. After filling it out and sending the necessary documents, I received an answer that said 'The deadline to log all claims for loss is 30 days after collection'. How would I make a claim if my item has still updates on the tracking after 30 days of collection?!!! It's ridiculous. Never gonna use their service again.

I have never written a review before but thought that this experience deserved one! Was super nervous about sending an important suitcase from Seoul to the UK but transglobal express made the process so much easier! They answered all my millions of questions before I booked so quickly and once I had sent it off they were so helpful during some issues I faced getting it through customs. They changed all the forms for me then liased with dhl to help deal with the customs tax they were trying to charge me! They were also the only company I found that would let me send liquids internationally. 100% recommend and special thanks to Laura for all the help! Everything arrived perfectly :)

Extremely reliable both with delivery and customer service until there was an issue. After being processed and making it to America, a parcel's tracking hadn't updated for a long while so I contacted customer service for help. I was told they'd tried to locate the item to no avail so it was most likely lost and that I should file a claim and that I needed my customer to fill out and sign a form stating they hadn't received the shipment. Potentially aggravating a customer by asking them to fill out this form (plus the logistics of this) made me uncomfortable so I decided not to file a claim, especially considering the value of the shipment was over twice their standard insurance of £25. I can fully understand having customers fill out the form if there's some doubt, but the company itself was telling me it was lost in transit. I thanked them for having always delivered everything in the past and for their quick customer service, but stated that after the last three parcels I'd already arranged to have collected the next day, I could no longer use their services. The next day, the three items were collected as usual by Scott (who was always great) and that's when the issues started. None of the the three parcels entered the "processed" stage, which happens the same day on 99% of the items I've shipped with Transglobal- I think I've sent about 50 separate shipments, all to the US. So for this to occur to all three was extremely strange. After waiting 5 days with no updates beyond the collection, I contacted customer service via email and was completely ignored (before this I'd always been contacted back within 24 hours). 2 or so days later, two of the shipments updated and were soon delivered, though 80% of the steps that are usually present in the tracking were missing and only the end part of the journey had any information. The last parcel has yet to update. Interestingly, the recipient of this last parcel is the same customer as the initial lost parcel that started this whole mess (ironically, that parcel was eventually found and delivered after I'd replaced the items). I contacted customer service again via chat two days ago (at that point it had been 7 days since collection with no updates) and was told they would get back to me, but again nothing- I'm pretty obviously being ignored. I am 100% willing to share all correspondence which will show I was never rude and was always professional. I do feel other people could easily use this company and be completely satisfied. I was 100% until this. In any event, I'm considering that last parcel lost (I kind of have to since no one will help me) and am extremely disappointed at the company's behaviour/customer service.

I had some major issues with my parcel being collected which was very frustrating, however, Nikki was amazing She changed delivery companies for me and managed the whole process to ensure the parcel was eventually collected Nikki was in constant contact and kept me up to date as and when she had news Nothing was too much trouble which I’m really grateful for Id give Nikki 5 stars but due to aforementioned issues I could only give a 4! Thanks Nikki
