After using a fulfilment company for my first overseas shipment, a colleague recommended Trans global to me after my previous experience went first wrong. From the moment I spoke to one of their agents (Jill) it was clear that their approach to customer service was different. I can't speak highly enough of them and will definitely use them again for my next delivery.

5 USA parcels collected 10 July now finally accepted as lost by TransGlobal. But now I have to wait another 3 weeks to get my claim assessed!! In the meantime, in the name of good customer service, I've already fully refunded all 5 of my customers some weeks ago!!!

This company lost many parcels in recent months and I can't claim anything back from them. Because they need me to provide a proof of cost of the material which are handmade items made from leaves and flower buds. They should compensate me the selling price instead as every other courier do the same!!!

8/11/24 Unfortunately, they have, in fact, just got worse today. Completely unhelpful, useless and borderline rude customer service. Down to 1 star and that 1 star is only for the ability to use one of their services - just so long as you never need customer service for it. 7/11/24 To add to my first review on 2/8/23 The standard of service at TGE has just gone done the pan in the last year. I don't know if they have out-sourced their customer service, or if they just don't care any more, but it has become been bad enough for me to come back to revise my review from a five to a three star. Let's hope they can be bothered to improve their standards back to where they were. First review 2/8/23 I can only say from my experience that TGE have been great! The postal strikes last year were both a nightmare and the best thing to happen to me, because I found TGE to send all my orders to the USA - cheaper, faster and much more reliable. Never had a hitch, never had a lost parcel, never had a late parcel and never had a customer complain about the delivery. Real live helpful customer, UK based, service.

Transglobal express allow you to choose from many services, thats what I like the most, also the fact that you can ship a parcel without having to print a label in certain areas is of great help. Then its the fast response time on the live chat and phone, no waiting, most I've waited was probably 2 minutes, as a customer waiting for a service provider to respond is the most irritating thing, specially if you have an urgent issue or request. Another big plus is they can offer same day collection, which is very convenient. Overall happy with the services they provide and customer service satisfaction is on a very good level.

Be careful very shady company!!!! They have lost over 20 parcels sent to the USA and Germany in the last 7 weeks it’s started okay and then they get vile Parcels sent for a small price they want three times the price to get the parcel back if you question them as they don’t give you the option to destroy the parcel they block your account I have had this four times now When dealing with Parcelforce if something is sent back they give you the option to destroy which I do and this time they said they can’t destroy and I had to pay a £157 bill to get the parcels back and my account reinstated something is so wrong here The company is shady and thankfully I moved back to my original couriers three weeks ago I will not be using them again Be ware it starts okay but ends badly

Never collected on the date I booked was rebooked for the next day and again no one showed up and rebooked again for the 3rd time, finally showed up. He was rude and didn’t apologise at all. Not happy as been using transglobal for 7 years now, not the first time this has happened and probably won’t be the last time

The past performance deserved 5* but the last one Transglobal appear to have lost my document for 3-4 days and only got put on flight with DTDC five days later. The staff are good at response and could not fault them. The website needs revamping as one could not see all tracking data on Transglobal website; and for overseas courier, it diverts to partner website whose tracking reference is different to Transglobal. Overall pleased with Transglobal service and value for money pricing. Will definitely use them; have a soft spot for TG as I was a business user prior to my retirement.

Staff are all very helpful and contact the couriers on your behalf when there is any issues. We use them frequently.

The customer service team at Transglobal are brilliant. I needed to add an additional parcel to a collection I had booked and rather than having to cancel and re-book, I was able to speak to Emily through the online chat and she was able to add the additional parcel on. Brilliant service!

I have used Transglobal since at least 2015 for international collections and deliveries. I find them very responsive and well priced. I have used other organisations and check prices but here I am recommending them

Brilliant & Knowledgeable Customer Service. I Placed an order with them but have provided the incorrect weight of box for which I got back in contact to cancel my order, Lyndsey kindly has amended the order for me in just a few minutes.
