I understand I'm definitely in the minority here but I really wasn't impressed at all by the standard/quality of the bars. I ordered 5 or 6 and have tried 3 so far. 2 of the 3 bars arrived broken so couldn't get a nice pic of them. One of the "flavours" didn't taste of anything other than good quality white chocolate and literally had two pieces of the toasted marshmallow in it which was really disappointing as that's the one I was most looking forward to, Cadburys marvellous creations with the popping candy is one of my favourite chocolate bar and I was really hoping this one would replace that with a independent businesses bar there was very little pop and as I've said effectively no marshmallow and no taste of cinder toffee. The other two flavours I have tried was the mint choc chip and the cinnamon one both tasted very artificial and not really like their intented flavours or their product description. One of the bars I ordered by the time of delivery literally had a month left on the use by date which was a little disappointing but I've seen some comments state this is due to the ingredients they use so I guess this isn't something they can easily change or rectify. I did order over a two bank holiday period but the order processing and delivery time took forever, it does state allow 12 working days when you place the order so if you're ordering a present don't place it last minute but also don't place it weeks in advance as the bar may be past it's best before by the time of requirement. I'm posting on here as don't see many negative reviews on their website which means I'm either definitely being really fussy or they don't show any negatives on their website. It definitely could be me, since I've been pregnant my smell and taste buds have been incredibly strong and I'm struggling to eat things I used to like as a lot of artificial flavouring tastes really artificial now so please bare that in mind when you read this review. (If you get this far). I'm definitely not saying don't buy as there's so many reviews raving about them I'm just saying FOR ME they aren't worth the time or money and quality/taste was pretty poor. Putting today's date as can't remember when they were delivered and I tried the 3rd flavour I've opened today. Edit to reply: Thanks for replying to my review. I didn't take any photos of the broken bars I tried and I didn't ask my friend if hers were broken (also wasn't a fan though). I'd rather not have any free bars as I really didn't like them and even if they're free I don't want anymore thank you. Second time that I have bought from the chocolate Smiths and they never disappoint. Great service and the chocolate is just amazing. The only thing slowing me down from ordering again is that I eat the chocolate way too quickly!

Anyone who knows me will tell you I love anything cherry flavoured. I love my husband; but cherry things still come out on top. So your Black Forest bar is basically the best thing to happen to me. If you ever get rid of it I will have to enter a decade long period of morning. Also had 2 of the new Nutella and ritz bars delivered today along with a New York cheesecake bar. Was meant to save it for tonight so I could share with my husband, but as we’ve already established, I’m a fickle woman and sadly, dear husband’s happiness was sacrificed because I have zero self control and had to eat them. Bloody delicious!! I’ve pretty much tried all the flavours you offer now, absolutely adore all the limited editions and collabs. The eggs were glorious too. Basically if I could come and live at the factory and just be like a little mouse eating all your products, that would make me really happy.

I would like to say I that all the chocolate tastes great, however I can’t because my wife at most of it before I could even get a taste and she doesn’t like chocolate too much! She loves the mint choc chip one, but I must say fir the little bit I got to taste it is very creamy and the mint does not overpower the chocolate it compliments it very well, keep up the amazing work and sorry for the delay in review my package was delayed (not your fault, my countries delivery and customs)

I've ordered from the Chocolate Smiths for over 2 years now, and every time is an absolute treat! I love tasting the new flavours and collaborations. The recent Golden Eggs deserve 1000 stars!!! I hope it returns in the form of a bar. There was an issue with a recent order, but it is so easy and quick to contact The Chocolate Smiths and it was resolved so quickly!! Genuinely a fantastic company, selling great products, and worth every penny!!

The Cinnamon Bun bar is probably their best non-collab ever. It is so good! Turnaround time is long due to handmade nature and the shelf life of the bars is relatively short now they are making their own fillings but the taste difference is worth it

Easy website to use, delivery came within 14 days which is quick,to say they are very popular. The bars came in one piece. Really well packaged and wrapped. Delicious & really well made. Will be ordering more. This time we had the geordie bar which came with a solid chocolate heart attached. Slated caramel brownie bar and the maple choc chip pancake bar. All brilliant.

These were my post marathon treat and they didn’t disappoint. Loved my eggs with cookie dough and hazelnut spread 🥰 now waiting on the next order … this time just because 😂

Their Vegan chocolate is absolutely delicious and their fillings are so creative and yummy, they are quick to respond and have a great website. Shipping to the U.S takes about a month but its so worth it.
