Amazing chocolate and fast shipping! Chocolate came all the way to the states in one piece!!

Shipping was very quick and everything looks amazing! I ordered the 13 days of halloween advent calendar so I do have to wait to start digging in but the flavors sound and look delicious! The packaging is absolutely beautiful too!

Fantastic handmade chocolate, that’s worth every penny. Only following these guys on social media I appreciated why handmade choc is expensive compared to big brand names. This company always try new things and get it right every time. Highly recommend treating yourself, friends and family to this chocolate. While is clearly noted delivery is not immediate, mine averages 10days before dispatched. My only ask would be this reduces.

The order service was above and beyond and the chocolate was the best I’ve ever tasted. My order was thoughtfully held until a heatwave passed to help ensure my chocolate arrived with the best possible quality. I really appreciated that. Once shipped, it arrived in only a couple days (I live in the middle of the U.S.). The chocolate bars are so delicious. For me, some rival the complex dessert flavors I’ve enjoyed at 5-star restaurants. I’m so impressed with The Chocolate Smiths. I am a customer for life. I have already made two more orders and follow them on TikTok to ensure I know about all new flavors.

Loved every kind of chocolate I bought from this company. Each chocolate bar is so unique and the wrapping on each bar is superb. Loved the different flavors and designs on each bar as well. The chocolate bars were well packaged to prevent the bars from breaking and from melting too as it traveled all the way to the US. The only unfortunate thing is how quickly me and my family gobbled them up. Will definitely be buying more chocolate soon.

If the chocolate is anything like the customer service then I can’t wait. This is the best customer service I have ever received. Little issue with delivery but that was due to the heatwave and beyond their control and they resolved it with amazing speed

***updated 21st September. Nice chocolate but didn't arrive 13th. Understand about warm weather but was post office 48 hour delivery was 4 days late. Wished had other options than post office. **** Still waiting for my chocolate after ordering 19th August. On route hopefully receive tomorrow. Unfortunately didn't receive a notification about the delay delay. I had to chase!. Just wish they tell you about delayed delivery when ordering. Understand small business but need to look at how manage the delivery. With the delay delay I won't be subscribing to chocolate as I was hoping a monthly treat for my husband

I really enjoyed the chocolate from this place and the flavours are unique would really recommend. I would say though, the wait time is long (which they tell you about before ordering so not an issue) but my order wasn’t ready within the stated time frame as they were waiting for one bar to be made- to improve customer experience that this should be communicated when they are aware there will be a delay. I did have to contact them to follow up. Just a small thing though will be ordering more chocolate in the future

A great chocolate company with amazing imaginative combinations of delicious chocolate. Great delivery service and excellent customer service (only had to use to add extra chocolate to existing orders!). Love the fun and energy of this company as well - brightens your day!

Every chocolate bar I’ve tried has been delicious! My order always arrives within the time advertised (or earlier). The packaging is so adorable and you can tell just how much time and effort goes into each product.

I have been buying chocolate from The Chocolate Smiths for a couple of years now and I’m a massive fan. Some of the flavours they do are so innovative and delicious. The packaging is amazing too. My only slight criticisms are that dispatch times usually take 12 working days which is too long and with every single mystery pack I’ve ordered I’ve received a bubblegum bar - it would nice to get different mini bars sometimes. Everything else has been spot on though and I will be a returning customer for a long time yet

This chocolate is so delicious. I would really recommend this to anyone. Not only does it taste incredible but the packaging is so thoughtful. It’s all carefully designed and individually wrapped. The Chocolate Smiths feel like a genuine company who care about their customers.
