I had an issue with my order (I was going on holiday and stuff would melt if it wasn't delivered) and spoke in the phone to Sophie, she was immediately very reassuring and helpful making sure it would arrive on time! This is not my first order (6th) and definitely won't be my last! They truly care about the customer and quality of both service and delicious chocolate

I love the subscription box! I’m a huge fan. The surprise you get each month is the best. No box is the same. The Disney theme box from last month was amazing. Super friendly and helpful customer services too which makes the whole experience even better. Their instagram is fabulous too, love what they get up to! Keep It up, cause honestly it makes my whole month when I get a box!

Loved ordering from the chocolate smiths, I’ve been seeing their videos on tik tok and just had to try them, they were a little melted when they got here but shipping from the UK to the US in the middle of the summer what else do you expect lol some of the bars weren’t as good as I was hoping but some were amazing, either way they were all eaten, and would definitely order some more in the future. Loved the packaging and how much detail and care went into all of it!

So... my experience isn't very good with this company. I'll start with the reason that I will give a negative score. I saw videos on Tiktok and became fascinated with their products. I made an account and didn't bother what my initial subscription was since you could manage it at any time. After a few days I changed my mind and thought that it was to expensive to buy and ship abroad each month. I tried to log back in with no success. I have since emailed several times to get help with a new password or if the could change my subscription for me. Not a single response... I have gotten many emails from them with advertising and my upcoming orders and payments. And yes I have checked my spammail also and no email from Chocolate Smiths there either. This have led me to block my card for international purchases. And now for the review of the products it self. I have tried 5 different chocolate bars from them. I didn't find them very high quality when compared to other chocolates. Personally I find that many ordinary brands like for example Marabou that we have in Sweden are more tasteful. And when I have bought handmade pralines or chocolate bars from Sweden they have had far better taste and quality than The chocolate smith's products. If I had just reviewed the chocolate it would have been 2,8/5. It's not in any way disgusting, just that I had hoped for more with handmade chocolate presented this way. I'm sad to say that my experience feels like a scam and their beautiful videos is just for show to hook new customers...

Ordered a couple of bars- the salted caramel brownie bar is hands down the best chocolate bar I have ever eaten!

The package came in completely melted. I expected it to have industry standard packaging for shipping (Styrofoam and some coolant pad) at this price point. The response I received essentially told me to avoid shipping to hot areas (I live in the midwest USA) and to look at the weather before shipping. Ports are often not climate controlled, so you better make sure the port, your local city, and their local city are looking chilly for the next few weeks before shipping your order. I left a review on the site which is not published for some reason. I would be sad to hear that they curate their reviews, but it would make sense given the zero 1 star reviews on their site.

Bought 8 different types of chocolate bars, all taste absolutely amazing and are gorgeous

The Chocolate Smiths is a fantastic small business who come up with some incredible chocolate bars. They aren't your ordinary chocolate bar you get from the local shop. They're unique and true to themselves. I love ordering from the Chocolate Smiths! The flavours they come up with are unreal and are well worth a try.

Chocolate was very thin was expecting more chunks and thicker chocolate for price

The products are unique in flavours, there is something for everyone. The design of the chocolate wrapping is a style of its own and makes the products stand out.
