Customer service is awful. They do not answer inquiries or follow through with requests. I cancelled a week ago, which was a week before my billing date. i got confirmation that 'updates would show within 24 hours' and that i would not be charged again, and also got an email that my inquiry was taken care of/asking me to take a satisfaction survey. funnily enough i was charged today-super weird to be charged money for something that you have email confirmation was cancelled a week ago lol. When I reached out to complain/figure out why my money was taken without permission i was told my cancellation was 'scheduled for a different time instead thus getting charged'. (that is word for word what i got in an email after complaining about being charged and not being able to afford groceries because of it) NOVEMBER 12 is the day i got an email saying it would be updated in 24 hours. that is 19 days earlier than the date they gave after my money was stolen. She then assured me (laughable to think an assurance from someone whose lies and incompetence has led to my money being taken without reason/cause/my consent, and in violation of the email agreement stating my cancellation was processed and would be updated within 24 hours means anything to me) that she sent in a request for my refund and that my account is 'scheduled for cancellation (December 1)'. NOVEMBER 12 is when i submitted my cancellation request. How is a 19 day turnaround time for a cancellation acceptable? So basically i see 2 options as to how this happened: this person uploaded/input my initial request incorrectly and is trying to cover herself, or pinwheel is trying to steal money from customers who cancel. either way 0/10 do not recommend.

pinwheel phone is completely the best child safety phone, for many reasons, a must in looking into! customer service is very good, prompt, helpful. I have had this phone for my 13 year old daughter for several months, with no regrets, completely helpful in monitoring and restrictions are great.

Great customer service from Maia! I was super impressed with her helpfulness and patience helping me to resolve an issue with my son's pinwheel phone. I was already a fan of pinwheel and even more so after being helped by Maia. We were on the phone for a long time and she patiently walked me thru what needed to be done for more than one issue, including my own error. She didn't stop until we reached a solution.

Chen B in customer support was EXTREMELY helpful and so nice so that experience was good. But, my kid's phone randomly went back to factory reset, and when we tried to get it fixed the IT person who I don't know the name of took a long to respond (sometimes) and 1/2 solved some of the problems but we managed to figure out the rest. so my Chen B experience 5 stars but my IT 1 star

Great phone for kids and even teens that don't need the distraction of a standard smart phone. I wish this phone was available sooner in life, then all of our kids would have started out with this phone.

App Trouble I was able to get quick support with installing an app that would not load from the dashboard. The chat was easy to use and the support was great.
