I joined Pinwheel a couple months ago and have had a bit of a bumpy start as the suggested mobile service did not work well for our location. Pinwheel’s customer service has been fantastic, from getting me free replacement phones (with free shipping) to walking me through any trouble-shooting. Customer service and tech teams all responded very quickly and persisted with me until the problem was resolved. A good customer service team is so important for a small company, and Pinwheel has nailed that.

Great technology that empowers kids to practice with technology in a healthy way! Also gives me, the parent, piece of mind around their safety and well being. One thing to know and should be improved on: this phone can very easily be factory reset. My 12 yo son did this accidentally while trying to power up his phone and it erased everything, including the software. This is a major flaw, especially if there is a sneaky kid trying to get around Pinwheel's tech. That should be disabled somehow for a kid phone or only allowed for admins to do. CS was very helpful and replaced the phone quickly. Thankful for great customer service there! All in all, I still appreciate what pinwheel is doing, and I am a big fan! We even have a back up pinwheel phone as a "house phone" to keep spammers from invading us, and it comes in handy in a pinch if another phone is dead (or factory reset)!

I had an issue with apps loading slowly on my new phone. I reached out to customer service, and Nina got back to me right away. The problem resolved itself (I think the apps just needed some time to load),but I was so impressed with how responsive Nina was and hope this is representative of how the company works. This is a great product!

Love it so far! For 12 year old girl. Graduated from GIZMO watch by Verizon. She is SO excited and now does not feel so alienated from her volleyball team (she was the only player without a smart phone).
