I needed to order three bottles urgently for a gift. I went on the website and chose the three bottles. I also messaged them after reading details about delivery to check they would be delivered within 2 days, given it was a gift. I received an email response within half and hour confirming delivery would be fine. I then received a telephone call a short time later apologising that one of the bottles was no longer available, so Cassie suggested an alternative I was happy with. The delivery was made an hour later - I was delighted with the cooperation and ease of my whole transaction. Thanks Butlers - I'll be back!
