I’ve ordered from Butler’s a number of times and always found the team to be friendly, helpful and informative (they always keep me informed with order updates). I original found Butler’s via their stocking of blankbottle wines but, being based in the Midlands it is unfortunately not too easy to pop into store so, I have subsequently explored the rest of their excellent range online - there is plenty of choice from the traditional to the unusual and all to date have been wonderful!

They moved! I used to be able to wander into their Queens Park shop and actually touch bottles...Now I am just as happy to order online and they are excellent at it!

Great selection including excellent local and other English wines. Reliable info on website with prompt delivery including update message from delivery person. Most importantly, the wines absolutely delivered on expectations and quality.

Henry and Team managed to locate some difficult to find American wine which they kindly offered and I gratefully accepted. They truly differentiate by being able to surprise by sourcing stock very much outside the run of the mill.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.

I've been enjoying great tasting, great value wines from Butlers for around 15 years now. With their completely unpretentious expert help) I've always found exactly what I needed or been ecouraged to try wonderful new things. Great team, great value and above all great tasting wine. I genuinely begrudge buying wine from anywhere else.

Great selection of interesting wines not found elsewhere. Online booking process is really easy and the added bonus of next day delivery works great for me as a last minute purchaser and immediate consumer! The Pittnauer Koenig rosé is superb.
