The stone in the ring fell out within hours of first wearing it, customer service sent a replacement, and the same thing happened with the replacement ring. The stone fell out again within hours! This shouldn't have happened once, let alone twice. This was embarrassing as it was a gift for someone, I would not recommend their products as they are poorly made.

I bought 4 items for my sons birthday, I had my instructions NOT to buy from anyone else. The quality, choice, presentation, delivery and ease of ordering is second to none. I cannot recommend this company enough

I have never experienced that before... I bought a watch from them about a year and a half ago and it looks absolutely incredible for such a little price tag. Unfortunately, it stopped working last week but I wasn't too bothered as A/ I had been wearing it all the time inc. when playing sport and climbing B/ It was pretty cheap, again for the amazing design. Anyway, I called their customer service to ask a few questions about some of their watches inc. the same model as I had before. And when I told the lady that I had one of their watches that was no longer working, she said that this particular watch had a 2 year warranty and that they would send me a new one within a few days without challenging me on anything. I had to check their website as I couldn't believe it, but it's true. And they offered me a 10% discount for any new purchase, so I really couldn't be happier by the outcome of this quick phone call. Absolutely amazing, I love this company!!

The leather wash bag exudes luxury and I was kept up to date with its journey from Denmark to the UK. Ordered on a Saturday and it arrived Thursday. I did have an issue with the online payment going through twice, due to a glitch, but that was swiftly rectified.

Received my necklace. There were some problems with the delivery being delayed and I received no message or update till just recently after several days and now it has come.

Everything was as expected or better. Delivery and updated as expected. Product surpassed my expectations.

I saw this site on google and made my first purchase for a men’s chalk and fob. Paid £6 for express delivery. Received email saying item dispatched. Received another from DHL saying what time it was being delivered. Took day off to be in for delivery.? Received email from DHL saying could not deliver as no one was in. I was in. Checked cctv and no DHL van approached my property. Phoned Trendhim uk, for explanation no answer after 25 mins. Messaged them, received reply that they have been unable to contact DHL. Not prepared to stay home again for couriers that are liars. So a seemingly stress free purchase has turned into a whodunit. Asked for refund. Retailers are legally responsible for delivering to you as there has been a contract established. The couriers are a third party, the onus remains with retailers. Won’t be ordering anything else from them.
