Very disappointed with the cross and chain for my husband .there is no fastening clasp on the end of chain to conect both ends The cross is nice but obviously no one has checked the chain before Sending out .W.Dry.

The watch I purchased was excellent quality and exactly as described. The purchase and delivery was straightforward and would have been on time, however, the Royal Mail held my parcel until I paid an unexpected £50 customs charge, causing a delay of 3 days. I contacted Trendhim and explained and they refunded this immediately and without argument. Very pleased with the service and the watch was a gift which the recipient was delighted with.
