Luminess is The worst! 😡👎🏼 Don’t even try them.! Scammers Stealing people’s money company! Never signed up for subscription, but yet they automatically charged my credit card, without my consent. I complained they said they would refund me, but they denied after they said it. They said that when I ordered the first time I automatically got subscribed and guess what? You Will NOT be able to return their stupid products which I didn’t like at all. They are watery and don’t do what they claim they do. THEY STOLE MY MONEY $139. Read the Reviews before you buy… Sorry, I failed to do that.

Not happy with any of the products, would not order again. No says that if you should accidently hit the sink or your clothes it stains.

The product has an awful chemical smell and gives me a headache. The fumes are unbearable, and who wants to put chemicals on their face?

This company announced an offer for a delivery sample at $6.29. I wanted to try first and suddenly they started sending me deliveries that I never agreed with and charged $131 more dollars for an active subscription. I'm disputing the amounts. They enroll you with the payment rinformation you provided and they want to obligate you to pay something you never asked for. SCAMMERS!+

I loved the idea and I thought it was going to be lite and comfortable to wear but it felt cakey and would flake off. I used very minimal as the instructions said.

I need to cancel any membership immediately. You surely do not make it easy. I will need to return any new product coming my way.

I placed an order for a try before you buy item. When the item didn't work out, wrong color and the spray just wasn't right for me, I was told it was not a returnable item. Why do they have try before you buy if you can't return the items? Very misleading and will not purchase from them again.

I've tried the make up I received and it goes on easily and evenly and stays on all day. The color I chose matches my skin very well and it does cover fine lines and dark spots nicely. I'm overall very pleased with the product.

I'm an OG customer of Luminess, I still own and use my pen when I'm not rushing. But I live by Luminess.. And I love them both.

The primer seemed basically useless and the foundation coverage was mediocre at best. I had to apply several layers to get the coverage I desired. That means I used a lot of product which would require me to purchase more. That would be too expensive of a daily use makeup oroduct for me. Also, there were other things added to my order that I wasn't aware I approved which made the order ridiculously high in price when I was expecting only $39 and in stead I believe it was $129. I don't do business this way.

Helpful customer service

I didn't realize that it had to be sent back in order to not to be charged. Therefore I have been charged over $60 to have make up that is not very good and that I will never use. Therefore, I would avoid this headache and do not use this company. Also the makeup is not very good that is why they have to use this Scam to sell it.

Product took a while to show up. Works ok so far, feels like there’s waste of the product because it sprays. I thought it would feel smoother on the face. Will use it until it’s gone but not sure I’ll re order
