Dislike that it feels heavy and wrinkles stand out with this foundation on.

I have not received my order. It's been 3 weeks

The over spray seems like a lot. Color is a little strange a sort of dark and the color I ordered before was too light. It also does not cover the age spots like seen on commercial.

So stupid me, decided I wanted to try the Airbrush system. On 12/1/2024 I paid the minimal shipping costs to "try before you buy" it was never shipped. At checkout I kept getting an error which I attributed to poor internet connection. After several attempts, finally goes through. Paid $6.xx. Saw a commercial again today and remebered I wanted to try so I just placed another order, not realizing the previous order truly was successful. Get to checkout, goes through and charged what I agreed to have charged today, $42.55. Look at my bank ledger and see immediately when this charge was approved, they instantly charged some random $93.67 which does not even show on their site on the account whatsoever. Not in the payment history or anything. That's when I see that the initial order placed on 12/1/24 was actually charged and has no shipping information or anything. Then to have this additional $93.67 charge randomly with nothing to show why and was not authorized to be charged, I have initiated transaction dispute with my card issuer for suspicion of fraud. I will have the charged refunded by the bank, and have already filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General to investigate Luminess for fraud and deceptive practices in consumerism. I would also suggest paying attention to the reviews. The reviews are copy and paste, word for word. The name of the reviewer would change from Sheila S. To Sheila W. and are even dated the exact date. They are manipulating reviews even on this site!!!

I did have a problem purchasing the deals of the day, but when I called customer service took care of it.

Answer answerI have just started using Luminess, I like it but it does settle into fine lines.My main complaint is that when I spray the product onto the brush it goes beyond the brush and a lot of product is wasted. I hold it an inch from the brush while spraying. Maybe you have an answer.

I love ❤️ the make-up because it's lightweight, covers just the right amount, the primer is cooling, it lasts all day, buuutttt, the shade is off a little bit. Otherwise I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT! ❤️

The color was all the way off. I keep getting charged for purchases I did not make. It feels like a scam.

They never refunded me the money charged on my PayPal Credit. I returned the item back to them. Their product is fake product. The product gave me rashes on my face.

The color of the lip paint was frosted which wasn’t the way it appeared in the catalog. It goes on thick and is somewhat sticky. The color does stay and isn’t bad as a first cote with a moisturizing lip color or gloss on top.

I love this make up. Application time less than 2 minutes. Coverage-exceptional. Make up feels lightweight and looks as if I’m wearing nothing. Love love love

Wrong shade. A little too dark. But nice product with a good formula.

I am very upset and unhappy. On November 25, 2024 against my better judgement I purchased a sample of the luminess product for $6.42 with the understanding that if I kept the sample I would be charged an additional $53.35 (Order# 15805676). No subscriptions, no additional monies, no additional products. I now find that my bank account (today, December 20, 2024) has been charged $68.68 and $1.00. I don't understand why and I intend to request a stop on those additional monies. I do not have an account with Luminess nor did/do I wish to open one. I just wanted to try the sample. I would like the $68.68 and $1.00 refunded to me. Please contact me Mrs. S Thank you.

I am 81 years old and usually don't wear makeup because it looks so badly. I tried Laura Gehler and was somewhat happy with it but at end of day, it caked in the wrinkles. Luminesse looked great after wearing it all day. No problems with caking. I am so pleased. Always wanted to try this but didn't want to invest money or have to request a refund. This offer was perfect.
